Hey Everyone,

The Public Test Channel (PTC) for Quest v76 started to roll out today for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S.

If you're seeing an issue or bug after updating to PTC v76:

1) For issues: Go to our Get Help board and search for any existing thread on the issue, if you don't find one, make a new thread. Please add the tag "PTC v76" to the thread and in the title. This way everyone can look for just PTC v76 issues too.

2) For bugs: If you come across a bug, please post each one you spot in its own thread, to keep track of individual issues separately. Please make sure to also send in bug reports along with posting on the forums if you notice anything going wrong.

Share your impressions in the comments below and let us know if you see any issues.

We know it's tough when you run into a problem on a PTC build and want to thank you all again for testing out PTC and sharing your feedback! This feedback is extremely helpful to our engineering teams. We appreciate your interest and persistence in testing out the core functionality of software as we develop!

Is there any info as to when the Quest Pro wifi speed limit will be fixed?  It's a sizeable bug and very frustrating to deal with given we can't rollback version

Count me in as another frustrated Quest Pro owner hit by the v76 Wi-Fi speed bug. Like the others mentioned, I'm stuck below 200 Mbps. It's difficult to comprehend how this major issue slipped into the final release after PTC reports. This performance degradation is unacceptable. Please prioritize a fix.

Make sure this gets its own forum post and that you also make a bug report in-headset fufufah mooland6 bowow

    Hi,
I encounter a lot of problems with version 76 that litteraly broke my headset.
Like others, when I received the update las week (april 8th), my headset stopped being able to install APK from MQDH. On top of that, it also force open Horizon World everytime I restart my headset now. I tried factory reset but it put me on version 76.0 instead of 76.102 and now I'm stuck with a headset I can't use for my work. The last issue come with the incapacity to play a multiplyer game I currently develop. On other headset and verison it work fine but on this OS version it caused FPS drop every 3-4 seconds. It's very annoying. The only solution I found it to dig up my old Quest 2 and use it instead until they put out a new version.

Meta seriously needs to fire some managers. And I do mean managers, not working staff, because they probably wanted to fix this mess but some manager said, nooo we have to release the new version to stay on the planned schedule, regardless of how buggy the PTC was. I pitty these poor developers.

I made a bug report in-headset for each PTC release on V76 since March, and also on the most recent V76 as well.

Tried it it's says I'm on the newest version even though I'm not it has attempted updating last night as when the headset was on charge it turned itself on to update but it was just a black void for over an hour with nothing happening then it eventually went into the normal startup but nothing happened
