I can't get into my account due to 2FA

 I cant login to my meta account. When i try to log in it says send sms to the phone number or use recovery code. I changed my number so I dont have access to my old phone number and i dont have recovery codes too. I am still logged into my quest 2 and the meta quest app, but I am trying to login to my oculus app on pc to play pcvr. 

Im writing from my second account.

      I also have this trouble after changing phones. even after submitting photo id (driving licence) facebook kept saying it wasn't me. I downloaded facebook lite and got straight on to my old account. Now for some reason I cant use my quest 2 as it wont show up as connected in my Meta account or meta quest app. there is no place to enter a 8 letter code.

    i am also writing from my second account with the same exact issue did you ever get back into your main ive spent well over $150+ on my main account and couldnt log in what worked (if anything did) for you so i can log back in too.

    Same issue for me. The accounts authentication team at Meta takes incompetance to a whole new level. They break their own authentication system and then don't have the brain cells to know how to fix it.
