Impossible to Pair Quest 2

I factory reset my Quest 2 to fix an issue with the game and it was reset and the device was removed from my account (according to my device list on the website). On my phone however it still said that I have a Quest linked to my account with the same serial number. It never connects and it I can't pair my Quest 2 again. I tried pairing to another account too and it didn't work. 

Can't even contact support since it requires a device to be registered to my account but it isn't anymore.

Anyone have this issue and found a fix? I tried reinstalling the app several times, logging in and out, and another factory reset.
