link showing frozen image on quest but fine and working on monitor.

I dont know how this even happens but its one of the most confusing bugs ive ever seen. on my monitor everything is fine and i can see myself moving around and I can still do stuff, but on my headset I see a frozen image and if I press the oculus button it opens up standalone and it says im playing link (happens when you crash link) the frozen image bends when i move which i think is normal??? my friend also has this problem so its almost definitely a link issue.
