Quest 3 Freezes during Gameplay

I am trying to play some of my games using the Meta/Oculus Horizon Link. I have had a Link Cable for a lot of years and the software has given me issues here and there yet nothing massive. Recently I have run into a massive problem.

Whenever I begin to play my games, my headset will freeze with a still frame as my vision. This happens a minute or two have passed by. I can still hear the in game audio. When I look to my pc to see if it's the same thing as my headset, it shows that I am completely fine. My hands and headset are still being tracked and I can still interact with the vr world itself.

I am all up to date on my drivers and windows updates as well as the Meta/Oculus Software itself. I am completely lost as to what is happening and how to fix it myself. If someone can help me, then I would be grateful.
