First time I see this, but it seems that this isn’t on your side, it looks like a Meta Horizon Link / PCVR entitlement issue that pops up sometimes with cross-buy titles.

What I would do:

  • Restart Meta Horizon Link and log out/in of the Meta account
  • Check the Meta Store on PC (not the headset store) and make sure the version shows as Owned
  • Disable VPN / ad blockers

If it still fails with “Error performing query”, the fix usually requires Meta Support to refresh your entitlement.

None of those suggestions will help. The problem is on Meta's side, and they will only offer a full refund, as they don't know how to fix it.

Hi Maul7456 🙂

Unfortunately, this is a common issue with some cross buy games.

When buying the Quest version of the game, you'll get this error when you try to install the PC version..... buying the pc version and installing the Quest version works without issues.
