I am a parent and my child requested a game, Clamb. I clicked on the request and purchased it. It told me that a gift card would be sent to my child, yet my child's account has no email address shw where has the gift card gone as it did not go to my email address. When I go into my child account in family centre it is still saying that the purchase request is pending yet I have been chagned and was emailed a tax invoice/receipt please help!

Hi!My son is 10 years old and can't play Roblox on Meta Quest 2, VR. Although the new age restriction is 10 years.When I type in the code from Quest 2 in the Roblox PC version or Roblox tablet app it says in The Quest 2 that it can't go further "because of age restrictions." Any ideas?

Hi my son got bought a meta quest gift card on Saturday 13th I entered the code on the meta app to redeem and on the website but both say the code is invalid , is there anyway to resolve this please 

whybwould meta prematurely introduce home environments that are not fit forpurpose. Remove the old oned that where immersive.  why are mets nlt respinding to all thecomplaints.  the midnight scene doesnt feel immersive doesnt evem have proper norther lights shich makes it less immersive and everythingin the distance is not even immersive.  horizon worlds is not immersive and very childish.  can meta respind to customer feedback.  youve nit even provided a scene fof christmas  

I’ve been trying to purchase bonelab standalone sith the code CREATOR20 and it keeps saying feature unavailable and when i use diffrent cards it doesnt work, any fixes?

I have  to build a robot for the band, but I am unable to make the arms. I have tried using the different color bricks. Nothing seems to attach.  Tried to find a video about this, but it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

When I purchased my Meta Quest 3, I had Meta Horizon + subscription. I purchased Golf +.Sometime later, I cancelled my Meta Horizon + subscription, but I did not see it impacting any of my purchased or downloaded games after I cancelled as the renewal date was not imminent.In the meantime, I have not been able to use my Meta Quest 3, due to a period of illness.After a period of about 5 -6 months of not using my device, I tried to use it, and after recharging and updating software, I wanted to look for my Golf + app.I cannot find it in my list of apps.I cannot find a way of contacting META Support to discuss this issue.So, I thought I would try the forum.How do I reinstate Golf +Or do I have to pay again because the ownership of the app has timed out due to inactivity?Could the problem be that I cancelled my Meta Horizon + subscription.i apologise if I am asking a silly question. Hallo zusammen,ich bin absoluter Neuling und habe meinem Sohn eine MetaQuest 3s gekauft, die er zur Zeit mit dem 3-monatigen Gratis-Abo nutzt.Jetzt hat er sich bei Meta Horizon zwei Spiele geladen, die aber beide berechnet wurden.Was machen wir falsch? Recently purchased than refunded hard bullet for the quest 3, but that was the wrong decision because I still want to play it. If I purchase hard bullet right now while the refund request is out, would I be charged twice assuming the refund request is refused for any reason?

As far as I‘ m concerned, I‘m living in switzerland, but haven‘t found any vouchers to buy here, neither online. I‘ve read that vouchers are only working in the country, where you buy them, that is to say, they are only locally valuable. Please add a simple option to "start minimized" or disable autostart.. in settings of Meta Link PC APP. No regedit, no secret autostart commands.We want to be able to control which window opens at Windows startup! Meta has been denying this option for years!Reddit is full of this.Greetings!

Hello Developers.  I'm on the PTC and have had a chance to test out Hyperscape Capture.  I'm blown away.  It's amazing and I'm so excited at the possibilities.   I notice the Meta Store description says "Coming Soon" is the ability to share a private link.  Any idea when this will be available for testing?  Is this a PTC Beta test list I can sign up for?I am a Quest-loving Mom with a 20-something son who lives abroad, and he gets a little homesick.  We connect on the Quest often.  I've scanned his childhood bedroom using Hyperscape and would love to share the link privately with him, as a surprise.  🙂

Hey everyone,After updating my Quest 3 to v66, I noticed something strange with sideloaded APK apps.Some of the apps that were working fine before the update now instantly crash or don’t launch at all.For example, I tested a few sideloaded APK utilities, including this Android scripting tool, and after the update, the APK installs successfully but simply won’t open. No error message, nothing — it just returns back to the Quest UI.I’m trying to figure out whether:v66 added new security restrictions on non-Meta APKs,or there’s a new permission issue,or I need to reset developer mode settings.Has anyone else experienced this with other Android apps or tools after the update?Any fixes or workarounds would be appreciated — I use sideloaded apps a lot for testing.Thanks in advance.

Hi everybody, I received my new Meta Quest 3 VR Gear 3 days ago. I purchased a Meta Quest 2 some time ago and on my Meta Quest 3 I am missing apps I remember that could be found on the Meta Quest 2. Too bad, that I gave my Meta Quest 2 away.Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the apps but perhaps you guys can help me out.I remember, that I could watch live shows of artists and bands. I think there was a show of a korean Band called blackpink. Is there an app that gives me access to live shows, concerts etc? Then there was a certain game that was played like an interactive movie. It setting took place at halloween. It was more like a real movie with actors, not comic style or something.Thanks a mill for your help.

I'd just like it confirming by someone who can now invite friends to a capture - is it very clear when the app is updated that you will be able to invite people?  Before creating another capture? I am still getting updates to the app, and Horizon OS, and I've thought to myself "maybe I'll now be able to invite people" so I've gone and spent a long time creating a capture, waited hours then found no, I can't invite anybody. So, simple question - is it clear when it updates (maybe it doesn't say beta?)? Thanks.

Hi,Posting here out of frustration--not sure where else to go.I fired up my Quest 2 for the first time in ages and tried to install Beat Saber, which is in my library. After clicking download, it says "queueing..." but then automatically cancels.If I visit the store within the Quest 2, clicking Download there sometimes results in an unknown error 12 failure to download. But, most of the time it has similar behavior to the above...it will act like it is starting to download but will then just stop.The mobile app believes I don't own Beat Saber and is prompting me to pay money for it. If I try this, after confirming payment info, I get "something went wrong."Please help!

I played the Steam version on my Quest Pro and experienced haptic feedback when hitting the ball, giving the feeling of actually hitting a ball. However, in this setup, the physics are a bit 'off'.So following Mikori Games' advice, I now play the Meta version on my Pro, and the physics are better, although not perfect. But... there is no haptic feedback whatsoever. I asked Mikori about this, but as with most of his replies, the game's okay, it must be my headset/controllers. The thing is, I have never changed any settings that would account for this, as far as I can remember, and I do get normal haptic feedback on other games, so I would suspect the game's at fault.Anybody playing the game as above can advise if they have or haven't haptic feedback?

I bought a brand new Meta Quest 3 512 GB VR headset this June 22nd (2025) from Best Buy in Canada. It was advertised as having this game.I read a huge number of "solutions" including logging in to your Meta Horizon app, searching for the game and just downloading it. The game shows up with a price of  $67.99. There is no GET or REDEEM. Also, yes I have finished the Quest 3 setup and it's working fine. Yes I have checked notifications /emails from Meta. There are none. I have also done all this within the headset as well as on my PC desktop app and my mobile Horizon app. There is only a price showing for the game and I am not going to press Purchase for a supposedly free game.A possible factor: I used to have Oculus Rift and still have the software installed on my PC. I removed the headset and it correctly shows the Quest 3 headset when it is turned on. I've updated this software.If there was a time limit to be able to redeem this game as someone mentioned (April 2024?) why did BES

Hello,I’m reporting multiple critical issues that started appearing immediately after updating my Quest device to Meta OS v83. These problems are affecting normal use and were not present before the update.Issues observed:App Reinstallation FailureWhen a user uninstalls an app and tries to reinstall it, the device refuses to install it again. The Install button becomes unresponsive or the installation never starts.Boundary Visibility BugAfter creating or resetting the boundary, it does not fade out after 2–3 seconds as it should.The boundary stays visible permanently, making the headset almost unusable.Severe Battery DrainThe battery is dropping extremely fast. For example, the headset discharges from 80% to 10% in about 10 minutes, even when no heavy apps are running.These issues appear directly after the v83 update and have been reproduced across multiple devices.If anyone from Meta can confirm whether these bugs are known or provide a temporary workaround, it would be very helpful.T

I have a Quest 3 and 2, i have set the quest 2 to have app sharing for my partner, I have Walkabout Minigolf purchased on my primary account, bit can not install it under the secondary account on the quest 2. The shop says that Walkabout Minigolf has already been purchased on this device and is shared but will not show up in the library or allow me to install from the shop. Someone please help?
