In Dynamic Languages for Meta Quest 3 you are supposed to hold the grip button to trigger the microphone and speak.  However, in that app whenever I use either grip button, in brings up the menu.  The Meta button also brings up the menu.  When using the ISS Space station app, the grip buttons on both controllers works correctly.  Is there a fix for this?

I had a pretty lousy experience with customer support surrounding a new 128GB Quest 3S purchase that we made this week. It was our understanding that there is a promo with new Quest 3S headsets (both 128GB and 256GB) that you can get a promotional free copy of Batman Arkham Shadow. The purchase was made on Amazon rather than Meta.com because my son had saved up Amazon gift cards to be able to make the purchase. The listing on Amazon (who is an authorized seller for Meta and from the official "Meta Store" on Amazon) showed an exclusive Gorilla Tag bundle with that different game and perks rather than the standard Arkham Shadow bundle or game that was showing on most other retailer listings for the device. The 256GB listing on Amazon showed Arkham and not Gorilla Tag as the bundled content.Prior to purchase, I reached out to Meta support to ask about the situation and to confirm that we'd be getting the Arkham promo game along with the purchase regardless of any additional Amazon li

Meine Frau benutzte bis jetzt meine MetaQuest 3 und abonnierte mit meinem Account eine FitnessApp. So, nun hat sie eine eigene MQ3 und möchte diese App bei ihr nutzen. I used Horn of Fjalar. Opened the doors to Fortress of Flames. The battery charge ran out, exited the game without saving. After returning to the game, the Horn of Fjalar disappeared.  The doors to Fortress of Flames are closed, and there is no quest for Horn of Fjalar. Where can I get Horn of Fjalar or parts of it to continue the game?

Hello, so I recently got my Meta Quest 3 in August, and one of the first things I did was pay for the annual subscription to Quest+, because I see it as a great deal. I made sure to redeem every curated game, and every game from the rotating library. I checked several times, and even downloaded them. I know have a few games that are expired, which I know I redeemed. They are A Township Tale, Sports Scramble, and The Climb. They are in my library. Is there any way to reclaim them? It seems so odd because my subscription is active, and nothing else is expired.  I am confused if I did anything wrong. I made sure to claim every game since that is part of the value. Is there anything I can do?

So I just got my quest 3 today and it said it comes with Batman Arkham Shadow with the purchase of the quest 3 but it is now saying I have to pay for it. Anybody else having this issue? Anybody know a way I can get the game?

I have not been able to access worlds no matter which world i select on my quest 3... this issue doesn't seem to just be me. Been a few hours of no access, is this a bug or? I have reported it as a bug on my account.

I can't go into worlds is this a bug or an upgrade to bigger and better things? 

My friend showed me their 500-hour playtime on a game in SteamVR. I'm playing the same game, but I don’t know how long I’ve played since I’m using a Quest 3. I bought QGO and checked the system’s recorded playtime, but it’s not an official feature and could reset anytime. Why doesn’t Quest include a playtime tracking feature? I think it’s really important.

When viewing a video on the meta horizon app it isn’t displaying properly.  

I keep hearing about how The Quest 3 is great for beginners etc. But i have a really nice PC and want to use VR for sitting down and immersin or simulators. not shooting and running and moving around etc. I then hear that the Quest 3 isnt great for PCVR and its more a standalone system. I was thinking about one of the Pixmas or the BSB2e? opinions? it would be mainly for Flight Sim and racing Sims and games where you jsut look around in beautiful sceneries like you are there. Im not sure if that makes senseat all but yea

Hi, when I go to buy a game or shiny rocks it’s says we notice something unusual and for security this request can’t be completed! Please visit help centre. It’s never done  this as I have bought games and shiny rocks few weeks ago for my son. I have tried 2 different bank cards and even bought a gift voucher loaded it on and tried with quest cash I won’t let me use that either! Could someone please helpthank you.

Received an email a week or two ago about the driving range experience being upgraded. Allow me to ask a simple request. Is it possible to add some alignment sticks to the ground where your "feet" are placed. When you use the advanced section that shows club path, it's hard to know how accurate it is because you're basically just eyeballing how square your stance is to the center of the range.Thanks!

I'm trying to use my xbox controller to play a game and airlinked to my PC but when I use my controller it keeps making my head tracking as the mouse cursor so it's impossible to play a game using my controller. Can I turn off head tracking for mouse?

I can’t play beat saber because there is just black screen and nothing else. Reinstalling the game didn’t help. Do you know what to do?

I'm using the official Elite Strap. Eye relief is on level 4 (max distance).Previously I lasted about 40 minutes before it got too painful (back of the head). However just now I lasted a full hour with absolutely no pain or discomfort. I couldn't believe it myself, I was just testing my new prescription lenses.Hope this helps someone! 

Hi, My Name is Daniel, i have recently gotten my Meta Quest 3s, and have tried to redeem The game it came with, and it is not working, saying i have to buy it for 50$, i've tried everything on how to fix it and nothing worked, can i get some help?

When I try to enter Meta Connect, another window shows up prompting me to download. However, it is stuck on "Installing..." and I can't join. Also, the reviews seem to be different than the regular download page. How can I fix this?
