I just recently got a Quest 3 and first week everything was working fine. But now since a few days ago when I redeem a game on Horizon + it says "Redeemed" but isn't appearing in my library for me to download it

So yesterday I was just playing my games but all the sudden I teleported behind me and I’m looking the complete opposite direction, I tried to reset my boundary, adjusted my head piece and even tried cleaning the cameras but it just won’t stop , I’ve tried to update it but there’s no update and over time it’s only been getting worse and I can barely open and close games without it just spamming the bug please help if you know how to 

I gifted a game to my son, however his account never received the game. I am trying to return the purchase, but it says I need to log in with the device associated with my account. But, the device isn’t on my account, it’s on his. When we log in on his there’s no record of the gift. All I want is a return of the gift. I really don’t want to have to get the credit card company to reverse the charge and put a flag on Meta’s transactions, but it’s looking like I may not have any other choice unless someone can offer a solution since Meta doesn’t believe in actual customer support. 

So I’m going to keep this short for some reason every time I try to start a new game or try to load one of my saves it’ll start to load it then it gets stuck on the black loading screen or some black screen and I never loads in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and it never fixed the problem I’ve also cleared the cache and delete all the saves to make sure and it still didn’t fix it. What should I do to fix this? (I have a video of this problem but it won’t let me upload it only pictures)

Why not have Language malay?

Hi All, I have some Vr videos that a friend did for me. Now I know that for the last few months I click on the videos and they appear as if it’s VR.  Today I click on them and it’s like you are watching a normal video instead of 3D virtual.  Is the gallery app closing ? I heard someone say open it in files but I don’t have that app. Anyone got any ideas how to get back 3D in gallery or an app that will work for these videos. thanks sitac

I updated to the latest runtime and now my Quest is utterly saturated in Horizons Worlds crap. I am tearing my hair out trying to get rid of it.I have ZERO interest in Horizons Worlds ... I don't want it in my library. Previously I could uninstall it or hide it ... now I can't do either ... how do I get rid of it ???? ... Meta I am looking at you  ...

Hi, I started up beat saber as normally two days ago but all my progress is lost for some reason?I've tried restarting the game and my quest 2 several times, turning cloud backup off and on, and emailing beat games directly but I'm not able to reach them via email.How can I get my progress back?

Hey,Over the past few days I've built a simple multi-player maze running game on the horizon desktop editor. Maze Runner | Meta HorizonThe only thing I plan on adding in the imminent future is some sound tracks that plays in the lobby and when you're running the maze. I might add other features later like power ups but not decided whether it's worth it at the moment.I hope you enjoy and appreciate any feedback.Note: I would have posted this under the Creator Forum but it wouldn't let me.

Hello, first off all my pc specs are AMD ryzen 7 9800, nvidea 5080 32gb vram. I bought the quest 3s a couple days ago to play ets2 and MSFS24. Now i started ets2 but it's unplayeble because of stutters and lag. I use Meta link with cable connection 2.8 on the test cable. My pc is connected with ethernetcable and my vr goggles with wifi. I think the problem is more in the settings then my pc. I also thought my wifi is not strong enough. Maybe someone can help me here, i tryed alot of different settings i found on YouTube but nothing seems to help.Even on 72, 80, 90hz. The problem still occurse. Halfcap the frames does not help and lowering the in-game graphics. I'm totally lost.Thanks in advance, a lost player.

the game only downloads 300mb i click into the game i get stuck waiting in the loading screen i use meta quest 2 does anyone know my problem

In Music Valley, the quest to watch a concert in immersive view won’t complete.  I’ve watched a full concert stream from start to finish, standing in the 3-d area.  I’ve tried multiple times and it isn’t working.  Am I missing something?

I have a new Quest 3 and am stuck at the "Pair your headset with the META Horizon app to continue. I can't us the mobile app as I don't own a phone. I cannot get to the settings menu, I push the button, get the meta logo for a sec then nothing.

OK, I looked to see if anyone has posted about this. Over the past three weeks, this app has gotten BIG TIME buggy. I don't know if this is because of a software update or what, but it needs to be fixed because the platform is becoming unplayable. Worlds like Bunky's, Gatsby's, Earthbound Cosmic Beach, etc constantly crash and kick players out. The lag in some of these worlds is absurd - even when only 30 people are in the world, the lag makes gameplay impossible because the physics get all jacked up. The Horizon Worlds dashboard takes forever to load thumbnails, making browsing for Worlds a battery vampire. Because we're constantly getting kicked out of worlds that crash, half our headset battery life is spent on load screens returning to worlds. Other players I've discussed this with have experienced delays on rewards/points updates, or profile pics not showing up on in-world scoreboards. My son is the only person using the Quest and he says he can't join multiplayer games like Gorilla Tag and Grab. He says when entering Gorilla Tag the Leader Board is blank and when in Grab it says "Failed joining the lobby. Check your internet connection." We have tried a restart of the headset, restart the Wifi, and turned off the VPN with no resolution.

I’m “snap turning” in games uncontrollably even though I’m not touching my controllers and it ruins everything for me because I like to make content on YouTube but it made it 100x harder to make crap on YouTube 

In this certain part of the climb 2 my entire screen god black with down and to the side arrow with a picture of a VR. I thought it might be something with my quest but when I die I see everything again and when I go to the menu I see everything. Does anyone know what this could be? It's kinda annoying because I was making progress but I just had to quit then find out the hard way it doesn't save your progress
