Map 111 horizon worlds I woke up a day ago and my map refuses to load error unable to travel to destination I try preview mode and stuff has been removed from my map 😡to the point that I cant even get to the end of the map this is extremely frustrating can they restore my personal information? and could horizon worlds stop blocking my map 

I am unable to access the menu when looking at my wrist in game so unable to take preview pics of my map does anyone know why this is?

Hi, I have had my account restricted and can't purchase or even subscribe to horizon+. I bought 6 games in one go for my son's birthday on the 19th march and since then I've had restricted access due to unusual activity. I've had over 20+ emails back and forth with meta about this and all they keep saying is they're dealing with it. They can't give me a timeframe, the real reason it's blocked or any information other than I have to wait.  I've tried to escalate it but they say it is and then still give me no further info. I've had 3 emails saying it's fixed and to wait 24 hours then buy something. I wait over that amount and it's still restricted. I go back to them to inform them it's still blocked and they say they can see that and to leave it with them.  I'm lost, my kids really upset not his subscriptions lapsed and won't accept payment as he's lost a lot of his favourite games. What do I do?

I bought a 50$ gift meta gift card for easter. I redeemed it and purchased 50$ of the meta credits so he could freely make purchases in games. He can’t use these credits in any of the games ?? It’s not coming up as a method of payment in any of the 4 games he plays  but UG. I keep reading conflicting opinions saying the purple diamond,looking things  are for avatar purchases only. I mean that is ridiculous no one is going to buy a 50$ or more gift card to “decorate or customize “ a stupid avatar. That doesn’t even make sense. Can someone,some shed some light on? 

I tried to uninstall meta horizon link, while trying to fix a problem I have. Tried to uninstall from the settings, but the same message popped up. I tried to manually remove the files from my Program Files and App Data files, restarted my pc and download the latest setup file and the same message popped up, so I won't be able to install it back at all. Are there ways to fix this problem?

I can catch fish in both bobber bay and gator ,but when I'm in salmon spring every time I catch my first fish the it tells me the weight etc. but at the bottom of screen it says press to continue ,tried all the buttons to continue but can't move it from the screen , been doing this for about 3-4 weeks now ,any ideas ? I've taking screenshots/ screen record but don't know who to contact? 

Dear Meta Team,I’m concerned and frustrated that the (Worlds) feature is still unavailable in the Middle East. For example Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan.. etc. Also, many Oculus Quest 2 users purchased your devices expecting the full experience, but this key social feature is missing. It’s frustrating to be LEFT OUT while other regions have access! Please prioritize make (Worlds) available in the Middle East and Oculus Quest 2 as soon as possible.Kindly anyone who have the same concern press the like button to let them hear us! 

this is in relation to the mesa turnip video driver support that is missing in horizon OS against the xr2 gen 2 when used in quest 3 and quest 3s headsets.there is no blockage of the video driver from Mesa against the quest devices, turnip video drivers are working in other VR headsets with the same xr2 gen 2, and even the old oculus and meta quest 2 vr headsets can use turnip video drivers, resulting in a quest 2 running applications and emulators better than quest 3, which is frankly embarrassing.this regression has been present throughout quest 3 life cycle, with no reason given and no hope of working around this, forcing only the use of supplied Qualcomm drivers (which quest 3 is fully up-to-date with) that has compatibility issues and huge performance loss by comparison.this forces some very exciting projects leaving quest 3 behind on performance to all it's competitors when using android apps that take advantage of these better video drivers.Over the years I have seen more things

Hello,I have realized after moving to my dad’s for spring break, my quest 3 will open games perfectly. But when it comes to logging in on that save on the quest, all games rather give me a “login failed” or doesn’t load at all. I have tried multiple internet connections, resetting boundary history, soft and hard resets and it still has the same issue. Please help me since I need entertainment for the next week or so.

Description of the Issue:I recently purchased a Quest 3 VR headset and was able to play Beat Saber without issues after the initial setup. It worked fine for one day, but I started experiencing an issue the next day. The game opens, but the play button won’t load on any song. Additionally, the icon that should be between the solo and online modes in the main menu doesn’t load.Steps I’ve Already Taken to Troubleshoot (to no avail):From a Quest 3 headset perspective, I’ve:Checked for software updates for both the headset and Beat Saber.Restarted the Quest 3 multiple times.Verified there is enough storage space on the device.Reinstalled Beat Saber multiple times.Tested other games, which work fine, except for VRChat (gets stuck on joining).Checked controller connections to ensure they’re properly synced.Factory reset the headset (this temporarily fixed the issue for a day, but the same problem reappeared after a few hours).From an ISP/Network perspective, I’ve:Tried port forwarding.Assign

I think we shouldn't be required to have a pc linked to our headsets if we want to play this game, they have all the controls needed but not an app, should be a simple solution theoretically just some minor adjustments to software to make it fully compatible.

Not sure anyone else is playing Mole a Hole  but enjoy it. The game is simple in some ways.  You dig a hole and find things.  Then you can sell what you found and by things to help you.  This has happened  twice to me.  I bring the game up and my money ios still there, sill have what I bought, i can move around the yard,  but I can't dig new holes.  First time it happened I started a new game and everything worked  but today the same problem happened  Any suggestions welcome.

Apologies in advance if this has been answered elsewhere, I haven't managed to find a solution anywhere. On my quest 2, for a few months now, I haven't been able to bring up the oculus menu in a game with the oculus button to quit or capture content. I used to be able to tap the button and the menu would come up, but it does nothing now. I can still long press to reset my view, so the button technically works, but it just doesn't bring up the menu. To quit games I either have to restart my headset or use an in-game menu if it has one. Again, sorry if this is a dumb question, hoping I'm just being stupid and not doing something right. Any advice is appreciated. 

While I understand the need for performance optimization, removing the Home environment entirely has removed a core layer of the PCVR ecosystem, the trophy and decoration system. PCVR users have the hardware overhead to support these environments. By forcing us into the minimalist Void Menu Meta has removed the incentive to collect in-game items and interact with the platform UI. Please consider bringing back a persistent, customizable "Home" for Link and Rift users who want more than just a 2D menu. How come you guys gave Quest cool 3d environments and PCVR users are stuck with some weird Interface. And if the Quest 1/2 can't run it then turn it off by default for them. I'm just saying Oculus Home used to feel more futuristic then the "Modern" Dash Menu ever has. Again Meta please consider bringing back what made Oculus Link special. 

Hello Meta Team,I would love to see Resident Evil 4 Remake VR and Resident Evil Village VR released on Meta Quest.These titles have huge popularity and strong demand in the VR community. I truly believe they would become top sellers on the platform and generate even more revenue than the classic version of Resident Evil 4 VR.Personally, I had started to feel bored with gaming, but playing Resident Evil brought back my passion and excitement again.Bringing these games to VR would attract many new players and significantly boost engagement and sales.Please consider making this happen. When I try to log in to Meta Quest Link on my computer, I'm redirected to a page in my browser. However, nothing happens in the Meta Quest Link app itself, and the connection fails. Please help me resolve this issue.

Extremely complex game purchase center, rejects various payment methods and cards, too complex. Even with the help of agents, spent over 3 hours and in the end failed to purchase the game. The glasses work great, but it greatly reduces the experience in their store. Mostly, you lose the will to live and feel like screaming😭😠🤯🤦‍♂️

Hello , i try to play to vr game with steam link but steam link don't want to work , i explain :When i launch steam link it say "local network only"  but , i'm on a local network , i have the same wifi on pc and my meta , on pc i'm with cable to get wifi When i launch steam VR my meta can connect , so i click connect but it's put me on an infinite load so i just can't connectThe last time i play a games on vr was 1 month ago so it work , but not now , i try a lot of thing i found on internet on what a friend told me- Restart my Router- Put my wifi private-Disable Protection for wifiI ping the ip of my meta on the cmd and it's say it work well but steam link don't wantSo can u help me pls !

Been playing ancient dungeons for a while and I recently upgraded from the 2 to the 3s my most recent progress will not transfer over I've tried backup and restore multiple times I can't get the most up to date back up to restore the progress I've made one the quest 2. Its only 10% progress but it was late game progress and time consuming.  

I went to go get batteries after that my right controller worked and the left one didn't work I tried the battery trick that didn't work so if anyone sees this please tell me if you know anything that can fix it.

I bought my quest 3 today, it was brand new so i thought i would get batman arkam shadow for free. Or at least that's what google said. After watching some tutorials on how to get it i realized i was missing a code, notification, or email. I checked the box from front to bottom, every manual, every where I was supposed to look, It was not there. So I was wondering if you guys at meta could push it into my account I believe it is only far that way since I spent 500 dollars on this, mainly for the head set it’s self since my quest 2 broke but, also for this game Batman arkam shadowSincerely - Blug
