I recently preordered ghost of tabor and downloaded yesterday on release and since it’s release yesterday I haven’t been able to get past the loading screen as it comes up with an error: (http error 0, login failed) I have reinstalled the game 3 times and I know my internet is not the issue as I have played online games on contractors today, I’ve checked permissions and I still can’t get past the loading screen, I’ve checked multiple things online and can’t get anywhere or find anything, can someone help 

Hello everyone,I recently received a Meta Quest 3S, but I'm not yet 18, which means I'm unable to download/purchase apps and games rated for ages 16 and up. I have my parents' permission, and Meta Quest support couldn't help me either, as they said there's no support for my device. Do you know how I can still download games rated for ages 16 and up?

On meta quest, you should be able to see how many hours you have spent on a game.

Im using M4 Macbook inorder to play Steam Game by Quest3Unfortunately when i run the Steam link app in Quest 3, It crash then reboot Quest3.Any idea to make it works?Thanks!

Hi, I have an oculus rift S which I'm running on an Asus GA502IU laptop with a USB-C to displayport adapter. I originally had some issues with the rift S screen staying black, but managed to get this working by disabling the inbuilt AMD GPU to force the laptop to use the GTX 1660TI instead (For some reason, forcing OVRserver etc, to use the Nvidia GPU didnt rectify this, I can only get the display to work by completely disabling the AMD GPU).I have 2 issues with the setup now which are preventing me from using the headset.1. Meta Horizon library wont Launch GamesIf I try to open any occulus/Meta Horizon app or game, the menu briefly blinks in and out and the app does not open. Steam games open fine, but have their own issues listed below.2. Games in SteamVR run very slow, but SteamVR dashboard works fineWhen I open into steam VR dashboard, everything works fine, I'm able to load scenes, environments, props etc. with no issues. I even tried spawning in a lot of balls etc. and throw

I recently bought Meta Quest 3S for my autistic daughter, who has global delays in her development. The primary apps that I intend to use for her are - Music VR videos, Travel Apps and youtube videos and some skill development (like stacking things, solving simple puzzles etc).So far she won't come out of 'Ocean Rift' app .. she is just hooked to it. The challenge is that she can't, at least at this time, manage the controllers (owing to fine and gross motor issues). I have setup the Quest to cast to TV, but  I am still managing this for her.Also I tried Apps like National Geographic and feel apps like these she may never be able to use on her own.So given above backround, if I buy another Meta for myself, can we both be in the same App and watching be at the same point? So taking the Ocean Rift app, if she is in the 'Dolphin environment' .. I have the Horizon+ membership and the VR Table Tennis app was free. I installed it and played with it. Past month or more I didn't play it again (bought a VR TT paddle) .. I tried to play the game today and even though it was installed, it is no longer in my installed apps. Perhaps, I am not understanding how Horizon+ subscription works .. do the games disappear? or are they free only for a month or so? I had downloaded Angry Birds and it is still there.

My golf + started crashing today as well as my buddy who is in a different city, his started this a few days ago. Can make maybe one or three round and then kicks me back to home meta home and that's it. ? Game issue or developer ?

I recently updated the Meta Horizons app on my phone and after opening the app I have been completely unable to find or use the Chats messages from my Quest on the app, Did the Chats functionality get removed entirely from the app?

i was playing gorilla tag and wanted to mod it, so i modded it but then i un modded it and re installed a bunch, and now the board says unable to authenticate and stuff. How do i fix this i wanna play the game that ive spent hundreds on

Last week, our New quest 3s arrived. Everything went well for 3 Days, but now we can No longer play multiplayer games. The error says 'authentication failed'. I Already tried a lot of things... What could be the problem?

I am having trouble playing multiplayer games. I join a multiplayer game and it will kick me from the lobby but not the actual game from 5 to 30 seconds of being in the lobby. I tried doing a factory reset, deleting and reinstalling the game and restarting my oculus. The same will happen when I’m on a call with my friends. Please help.

When will they bring the old home environments back? It was an awesome part of using VR. The new one is beyond rubbish, stale and clinical.  I rarely use my VR now because there is nowhere peaceful to sit. And they should be upgraded to move around more. Anyone agree?

The Big Screen Beyond 2 now has a world record for the lightest amazing working vr, I do suggest you make a vr around 99 grams and just use everything in the vr and make it smaller and it will work like a charm. Which will cost less Money I think, and sell it for 400 Dollars/400 Pounds.

Hello, I purchased some clothing items in the store, but an error occurred during the process. The coins were deducted, but the items are not in my wardrobe. When I go back to the store, the items are still listed with a price, as if I need to buy them again, and my money is gone.Who can I contact about this? So far, this has happened with three items that I paid for but did not receive. At this point, I no longer trust the system and will not make any further purchases until my items are restored.

I have been trying for a week to purchase a game - I have tried using my Meta money and also a credit card.     Every single time I get the error “ request not completed - we have noticed something unusual….”Meta customer support has been beyond useless - they spend days trying to figure out the problem, leaving you hanging in the dark - and then I receive an email saying the problem is resolved - guess what happened next time I tried to make a purchase??Now they tell me they’re going to have to put me aside again so they can have someone look at it.    It’s absolutely insane that a company of this size has such garbage customer service   

 Issue: Been trying to set up a child account on VR Quest since Nov. Payment verification isn't working despite trying 2 cards & contacting bank. Sent multiple emails to support@vr-quest.com with no response. Getting emails saying account will be terminated & purchases ($15 gift card + games) will be lost if not verified."I have received 3 emails that if i want to keep using my Meat account respond by March 30 th to avoid losing my purchases and gift cards I can’t use because when I go to verify my credit cards entered say error and won’t let me continue. I have tried many ways but cannot get any response from meta on why or what to do next ? 

I'm a parent of a teenager whom has his own device.  But I wanted to play some experiences on my own account which I've added,  but as soon as I choose experiences via my account,  it doesn't recognise me as an adult (signing in with FB account) and ask to request for supervision - which is myself,  is that because I'm using a device with limited age games? Is the only way to fix this is to delete the account holder and put myself as primary device owner and add the child back on? Does that mean he'll lose the games he purchased with his gift cards?

It keeps saying wait or close app I tried everything I deleted and downloaded back I powered off my headset.

Hi I was mistakenly signed up for a workout program with XRWorkout.the app said it was free to use and when I tried it it turned out to be a subscription app at no time did I see a message asking me to agree to sign up and pay a £30 subscription.I Have been in touch with XRWorkout and they agreed to refund me the money but then sent another message saying that meta dose not provide them with a way to refund directly!please can you resolve this issue before I contact my bank and log this as a fraudulent transaction that I didn’t agree to thanks Joe 

Soon we wont have to log into this forum to make a basic report or suggestion only to be met with the most lack luster, foot dragging, useless meta employees they could find. Good riddance, Meta. You fumbled 3 entire generations of VR, and still are making a worse user experience every day.
