Hi everyone.I recently purchased a laptop that has 16 GB of RAM and two SSD hard drives in a RAID 0 configuration. Now I have heard that dual video cards in a SLI array can cause problems with frame stuttering. If you could let me know if a RAID 0 configuration will cause any problems with the Oculus Rift that would be great.Thanks

I purchased a Projector a few months ago and I have just noticed that it says it can run at 144Hz, which is what my Benq monitor can run at. The problem is the Projector only has Hdmi ports and I thought you could only get 120Hz from a Hdmi ports? I'm further confused because I only seem to be getting 60Hz and there's nothing allowing me to go higher in the Nvidia control panel? 60Hz is as high as it goes.How do I get a higher refresh rate on this projector using my Pc? My Geforce 1080 graphics card has Hdmi, Display port, and a dvi port. The projector is a 3D Projector, so I need it on a port that also supports 3D. Geez, only took like 9 months!She was born Monday night. It was a C-section, so we're still in the hospital, but maybe going home tomorrow if everything looks good.

Hi Guys,So i get my rift on Sunday (Que girlish screams), but i need a new GFX card! I've been holding out for black Friday... So. The 3 models i have had my heart set on are the Asus RoG Strix series in either the 1070, 1070ti, or the 1080. Obviously i want a 1080 (or even a 1080ti) but money is a factor. Here are my two questions: 1. Is there a huge diference between a 1070 vs a 1080? The benchmarks all say about 25% extra power, but is that really noticeable in the rift?2. There is a deal for the RoG Strix 1070 cards for £50 cheaper than normal. Do a pull the trigger or wait for Black Friday dayAny opinions would be amazing!

I live in London and yesterday after playing Syndrome VR I took off the rift and looked outside the window and the sky had turned an eerie yellow sepia effect colour. I panicked (thinking my eyes had messed up) then googled to discover that parts of the UK have an influx of Sahara dust particles in the air  (caused by hurricane Ophelia) which are blocking out blue light from the sun rays leaving more reddish light and thus creating the appearance of a yellow sky. It's now doing the same again but not as intense. Anyone else seeing this Mad Max style sky it's pretty spectacular.
