Poll: Will Facebook and Oculus prevail against ZeniMax?

First off, I know several threads about this topic exist. This is not an
attempt to restart the debate. Since the verdict should be coming in
the next few hours (the jury deliberates today), I am curious to see how
this community believes the Jury will vote.

Synopsis: ZeniMax has 9 lawsuits, 5 of which are against Facebook and the rest against Oculus. Details in a discussion thread here:

    Probably a few more hours at least before the jury comes to a decision. Since they held it over until today, I assume they have more stuff to discuss, and it's still morning in Texas.

    Wonder if they are deliberating on damage settlement sizes?

    Well that's good news... The trade secrets was the big claim. As far as the NDA, there could be some minor punitive damages for it, but it's not a two four six billion dollar failure. I guess we'll see what the jury comes back with.

    Thanks @Atmos73 for the quote. Im on my phone at the bar and cannot copy/paste effectively. Less because of the phone, more cause of the alcohol.

    @nalex66 completely agree. Even I have faced NDA issues. And sometimes it was debatable whether the fine was worth paying vs the potential profit from acting now.
