Wow, thanks for all the responses, glad to see so many people passionate about this. BTW I only said "drugs are bad dont do it" so as to make sure the thread doesnt get in trouble, thought that was obvious. I smoke a bit of weed once or twice a week out of my diy bong (the tube/body of a pen poking through an energy drink can, fixed with ducttape, I put a joint in the pen tube, put some water or juice in the can and inhale from the top, works reeeally well... Offtopic but thought it was interesting).

hl2 vr with razer hydras while high is the most immersive thing EVER... Until my DK2 arrives which will blow my mind once again , I'm sure about this! Better screen and positional tracking : DAMN YES

Weed definitely enhances computer games for me. The image seems clearer and more vibrant and I get in the zone easier. I am similar to Jon Stewarts character in half baked.

Mushrooms... both times I done them I went to hell. I couldnt even sit up or tell the time, so using a rift would be ridiculous.

DMT or salvia... uhm no.

DIY bongs are awesome. I once bought a double-chamber pyrex jobbie that tooked ike a tony stark experiment on a field trip to amsterdam but that shit ain't as strong as it looks. Have you ever tried using gin or vodka instead of water in your bong, and then drinking it after a heavy session?

you probably end up falling out of your windows in your backyard in the grass with your rift on your head and your neighbours think wtf is that.

Recreational drugs really are bad, they aren't making that up. Drugs are illegal for a good reason.

The exceptions are coffee, tea, and energy drinks, which actually are good for you and will increase your life span and protect your brain. Although you still have to beware of the side effects and addiction.

Tobacco is an historical exception, it would never be okayed now for the obvious reasons but it's far too entrenched in society now and can't be banned outright for many reasons.

The most important ones being the fact that Tobacco supports many third world countries economies and there are huge tax revenues to consider as well as a myriad of others.
