Confirmation Code Not Sending-6 digit code

Was able to get the confirmation code upon setting up account on desktop computer, however when trying to log in through the Meta Quest app, it does not send 6 digit confirmation code. Have been trying for the past 3 hours, for a $400 product this has been VERY frustrating to just be able to look at this paper weight.

Also having issues with the activation code. Have sent a PM to the account but have also submitted via the web form but its been days with no reply/response or sign of life. Please for all that is holy reply.

Managed to find a work around for this. On my end, I was able to use my username and password to log in but when it came to texting me with the verification code, the text wouldnt come through.
If you are able to get access to the account center on desktop you can remove the phone number by going into personal details > contact info. This will disable two factor authentication and should allow you to log into the app with just your username and password

Im experiencing the exact same issue. I linked the new device to my daughters account. under device set up it says Finish Set Up when I click into that it sends a auth code to my email. But it never sends. I click resend and nothing. I just got this device a few days ago. If I cant get it to work im taking it back to target for a full refund. When I set up my device years ago- it didnt take all this. I already emailed support I havent heard anything back and it sounds like this is a very known issue.

I have trouble with getting the code too. i does sent me the code on my gmail. but when i write it into the bar and it wont let me send it. it says "Must be anonym" "this api is only for anonym calls"

I also don´t get a code when i want to delete my Meta Quest because i don´t have it anymore.

Had this problem a year later and despite 4 hours of research nothing helped. I finally was able to receive emails from meta by creating a safe email list and adding the meta email to it.

Try using both your phone and your PC app to get the confirmation codes. Iirc I was able to log into my account on my phone and make it work from there. If you get to any stopping points let me know what happened and maybe it'll help remind me of how I did it.
