How to get a replacement controller?

My left controller for my Oculus Quest broke, and I have been coming to the Oculus store for 6 months looking to see when you might have one in stock. How do I get a replacement?

    For any questions about controller issues or possible warranty options, please make sure you send a PM over to MetaStoreHelp! I'd hate for anyone to miss out on all the fun that comes with VR, so please make sure you follow all the controller troubleshooting below as well:

    • Clean the controller with a compressed air can and microfiber cloth, make sure you only use approved cleaning materials!
    • Remove the battery for 10 minutes, then replace with a fresh battery
    • Unpair and re-pair the controller

     

    There are controllers available for sale on the store, but I suggest reaching out first so the support team can look into your options. Hope this helps!

    My left controller stopped working tried fixing it not working I realized that my cousin bought one today and asked me if I got a warranty I realized I have a Warrenty cause I bought it last year thank you for your time looking forward from hearing from you

    Dear oculus/meta (sorry, i don’t know what you prefer to be called)

    I have the Oculus Quest 1
    my left controller has stick drift, and the outer ring is cracked. Would you mind looking at my warranty to see if i could replace? If my warranty is not eligible would you be so kind as to tell me where I could bye a new one?

    Father_Kameron Heyo, the best place for them to check your warranty would be to reach out to them with a support ticket.

    Just click through the options and an option to create a ticket should pop up!

    When i try to put in my serial number for my controller it tells me that im eligible for a replacement but it doesn't let me do any thing to get the replacement.

    I used this But every time it tells me (We weren't able to confirm that this product is associated with your account) And i cant do anything after that.

      My left controller recently "broke" late in October and I don't know how. Any reason why? Nothing's externally broken and I don't exactly have the equipment to check the inside. I practically quit VR because of this and now my headset is collecting dust on a shelf. I do not want that. I still want to be able to play games such as Beat Saber and Gorilla Tag without my left controller flying 10 feet away from me while swinging or freezing while I'm pinch climbing. I forget if I even got a warranty or not. Is there a way I can still get it fixed without a warranty or do I need one? If I do, how do I get one after the headset was bought?

      I have extreme stick drift on both controllers is there any way I can possibly get just the sticks to replace in the controller or possibly the parts that need to be replaced

      You can replace the thumb sticks easily just like you can a ps4 or Xbox or any game console controller just type up thumb stick replacement a few should pop up and before you do that don’t forget to make sure their the right size maybe try to small ones or maybe medium

      I've recently broken my controller i was playing a game called gorilla tag and accidfently hit my controller and then i got off of my oculus to play with my friend and when i got back on the oculus then the left controller tracking wasn't working i think i've dont somthing with the tracking
