How to get a replacement controller?

Started happening after I started playing VR again, like a few days ago, I lost the charger for it so I couldn't play it, The left Controller was just started glitching, like in the game Pavlov Shack VR, my arm would not be visual because it would get frozen under me. if it is, I cant run or use my weapon.

I have dropped it a few times, but that was all months ago, I always use the straps that were provided with the controllers so I don't know if it was damaged from dropping it.

it only happens with my Left controller, my right one is fine. Tried it on multiple other games like Beat Saber, Superhot, even Gorn.

I've already tried the battery method, I tried to unpair then repair it but it took half an hour for it to pair because of the tracking. I don't have any mirrors in my room, I cover my windows with curtains all the time. also don't have LED lights. I've been trying to play VR the past 2 days trying methods on the Internet but none worked. I've tried inserting new batteries in it and it just showed a blinking light on the ring, but no movement with it. so please I am hoping to get a Left replacement controller for my meta Quest 2

How do I get a replacement for my left controller? I have been looking for a replacement for a few months. 

my left controller stick has broken into two pieces and I can't fix it.

My right controller is destroyed because I hit my wall and the outer part of the controller fell off but it still works but it has severe stick drift and it also has broken pieces and I picked it up and I’m trying to get a new one cause I can’t play with a broken controller

How about when a large dog gets to it and plays with it like a chew toy? 

My left controller has gotten really bad stick drift to the point I can’t move forwards at all which doesn’t allow me to play some of my favourite games, I’ve tired everything from spraying it with special stuff to taking apart the controller and cleaning it myself and nothing has seemed to help. I’ve tried ordering one but there’s never none in stock when I look, how can I sort this out?

i was wondering if u could fix my controller. I threw it while playing blade and sorcery . I threw it across the room now its all messed up the battery thing is falling off and the WHOLE back plate broke and i see a battery inside of it.
