I've tried to change my Date of birth and it won't work, it keeps saying "Contact support"

On numerous occasions i've tried to change my Date of Birth at auth.meta.com and it has not worked and said "Cannot change birthday, contact support" I've even tried the Facebook method and it still hasn't worked, I just got my Oculus quest 2 yesterday, so if that has to do anything please tell me. Thanks!

Same thing is happening to my, my account on Facebook has my actual birthday, but it won’t sync with my oculus. I was born in 2004 not 2007. So it makes me underage and won’t let me do most things or games

prepare your new IG account with your birthday you want to change (make sure it's not connected to any FB account in account center before)
then connect that IG account with your current FB account you want to change your birthday
it will ask for what birthday to choose to sync the information
you can disconnect that IG account afterward

Hi MetaStoreHelp,

My Meta account has an incorrect birthday as well. I have tried all the forms and they are locked. It will not let me upload my ID. It has me as a minor and I am an adult so, I am missing content across my accounts and losing access. Please verify my birthday. I am able to provide my ID.

@metaquestsupport I’ve got the same issue and unable to change my DOB. It says, I’ve reached the limit and Idk what wrong here. My DOB date and year are completely wrong. I’ve got documents to verify but I can find a way to fix this issue…

I am having the same problem. My birthday was randomly changed after I was in a business account centre with coworkers. Now it’s incorrect and says I have changed it too many times.

Im not able to change mine either! Im getting extremely frustrated with this! I have tried everything I know to do and its still not letting me change my birthday! It changed it when i created a new facebook page for my small business. PLEASE help me! Is there a chat I can access to a person to fix this??

I’m having the same issue my Facebook got hacked with my Instagram account linked to it. They changed my birthday, but you can see in my history since I set up my account. My birthday is always been the same. How do I get my birthday changed back to the original birthday. I’ve tried several times and I keep getting an error message that something went wrong. It’s very frustrating.

I am trying to change my son’s birthdate. It keeps telling me to contact support. I have found no way to contact support. He has the 3 month trial for horizon+ but it is telling him he doesn’t have access because of age restrictions. Well I can’t change his birthdate because it tells me to contact support. So now his trial is useless and he can’t play the free games that come with horizon +
