I've tried to change my Date of birth and it won't work, it keeps saying "Contact support"

On numerous occasions i've tried to change my Date of Birth at auth.meta.com and it has not worked and said "Cannot change birthday, contact support" I've even tried the Facebook method and it still hasn't worked, I just got my Oculus quest 2 yesterday, so if that has to do anything please tell me. Thanks!

    I'm experiencing a similar issue. About a year ago, Instagram changed my birthdate to 2009, which incorrectly marks me as a teenager and restricts my account usage on both instagram and facebook. I've submitted multiple requests to correct this, including sending a valid ID each time to prove my age. Although Instagram keeps saying the issue has been fixed, my birthdate still hasn’t been updated. I'm extremely frustrated and exhausted trying to resolve this as it should have already been resolved. What’s going on??

    I've been trying to upload my id and it keeps telling me to contact support an error has occurred and just a very extraneous process of trying to figure it out

    Hi MetaStoreHelp, 

    My Meta account has an incorrect birthday as well. I have tried all the forms and they are locked. It will not let me upload my ID. It has me as a minor and I am an adult so, I am missing content across my accounts and losing access. Please verify my birthday. I am able to provide my ID.
