Hello,after installing update V79, the link cable connects cyclically to my Quest3 without establishing a connection to the PC. Factory reset forces the software update, so there is no chance to roll back. Is there a solution?

When I plug it up it don't go all the way in

Ever since I installed V78.1072 on my Quest Pro my screens have started to randomly go fully dark. Sometimes up to a minute at a time for a second of image and then back to black. Can't seem to be able to get something that can reproduce it all the time. Everything that is playing on the headset works as it should. Tracking, sound, mic, face and eye tracking etc still works as it should. At certain times I can play hours without the problem coming up. But today I could barley use my headset for half an hour.I've tried to reboot it a few times without any luck. The sensor seems like it's fine. Have anyone else noticed the same problem?

Hi, does anyone know why I´m not able to update apps and games on quest 3, while on ethernet connection?  

I have a quest 3s and recently it has started to randomly blackout for a few miliseconds to a second and recentre everytime it happens. It is pretty annoying aspecially when playing beat saber, i got the headset like 2 weeks ago so its pretty new. Does this happen to anyone else or do you know how to fix it?

So I got my meta quest 2 Christmas day,I played on it then took a long break,however after that long break I tried playing on it again and the meta quest logged me out of my account, and when I try to reconnect it it says the meta account doesn't exist,but I can log onto meta websites with it? I swear I've tried everything I could but it still won't workPlease help

Hi, I used to develop for VR and, over the years, accumulated a large library of games and content on my Meta account. When I left my job last year, I returned the headset I had been using. I've recently purchased my own Quest device and was shocked at how difficult it is to recover my old account. I’m currently locked out because the system is asking for authentication through the Quest app on a device I no longer have access to. I just want to regain access to my account on my new headset. The issue is that every support route seems to require logging into the account—which I can’t do—so I'm stuck in a frustrating loop with no clear way forward. I’m more than happy to provide any information needed to verify my identity and prove account ownership. I would really appreciate the chance to speak to someone directly to help resolve this. Thank you,

Hello.When accessing scene view in oclusdebugtools.exe it no longer shows anything like controllers, headset or floor, is just a gray window.I tried unistalling meta link app, and deleting every oculus folder in appdata, I asked a friend to send me their oculusdebugtool.exe, I tried with both quest 2 and 3, and it still doesn't work.Do you guys have any other ideas?

Hello, I recently got a new PC. I was trying to install Ghosts of Tabor on it since i want to stream the new wipe, and anytime I try it installs around 200mb worth of it and just quits, giving me the error 'Sorry, we could not install Ghosts of Tabor. Contact Meta Support for help." I've tried that 3 time and no results, so now i'm turning to you guys since the subreddit is no help. I've tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling link, manually deleting everything, even the tmp files, but nothing. I dont know what else to do, please help.

I have tried to charge, and force reset but the screen remains black. The controllers are still functioning, and I'm not sure where to go from here. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

My child’s account has the child’s email listed as my adult email. When I try to type in my email as the parent email and his as the child’s I get an error message. I think this is because the email on the original account was a grandparent’s and I tried to change it to his email not realizing it would assume an adult account. I need to get this straightened out so that his email is in the child email and my email is the adult email. I’m having a lot of trouble because he doesn’t want a new account where he will lose his friends and connections on his previous account. I had to factory reset the VR to get the grandparents info off and update it to mine. It won’t even let me add my kids previous account back on the Vr.  Can someone help me please?

I have an Occulus 2. I can only play games while looking down. When I hold my head level or look up  the headset shows the room boundary. I have reset the boundary multiple times and all experimental options are turned off. 

Since getting v79.1027 yesterday my charging has stopped working.I want to roll back one update.is this possible? can it be side loaded or something?

So I’ve been using my quest regularly and then suddenly once I picked my account out of the 3 I have on there it disappears and my controllers won’t connect making me resort to hand tracking and there’s a lock on my account 

Im not gonna lie the meta quest 2 has got to be the biggest waste of 300 bucks i have ever seen after just months of having it it slowed down to the point to where recroom wont work or download when i try to uninstall and re install i had just gotten my oculus 5 hours ago and its already messing up this headset is horrendus 

So one day im playing Animal Company vr while in a call with my friend. Nothing seems to be wrong for a bit then my friend starts ignoring me. I check and it doesnt register me talking. Do I leave the call and talk to him through game, and my mouth wasnt moving. Then out of no where my audio cuts out. No moving sounds, no weapon, utility, or items making sounds. I cant hear my oculus quest 3 turn on or off, cant hear anything in or out of game, and I cant hear anyone speak in call or out. Yet I cant even hear music from the meta browser while playing If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

Hi, I'm trying to add my daughter through family centre however, once I put my card details in and then confirm for Meta to take the £0.99 from my account, it just says 'sorry, something went wrong, we're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can' Its frustrating, as I've been trying for a few days and I get the same message.Any advice would be appreciated 

I have purchased I am cat and played it lots in the past. The game has now disappeared from my Library.It’s listed in my purchase history but when I click on it to redownload it it is asking me to pay. my headset was replaced a few weeks ago due to a fault but I can play all the other games I have previously purchasedPlease could you advise as I don’t want to have to buy the game again.Thanks 

firstly, i can see that normal viev  is vcery bad and blurry also when i wanted to play DCS with those vrs i couldnt play normaly i had 30 fps trash viev evereything in distanse is blurry i tried a lot changing setting in meta app and dcs but it didnt work. i saw many videos on yt with very good view in those googles. could somone help me  ??? pls oh and also i cant use airlink cuz im getting glitched view and it dissconect after that

Has any developer faced this issue? I have been getting mail every week to update my tax information, but I updated almost two months ago, which is supposed to be fixed by now, but my payment is stuck. I can't even do anything about it.  

I have created some 3d renders for the vr presentation about 2 weeks ago, viewed them and can have a fully immersive view, worked perfectly,Same views and images, no changes in the 2 weeks but i can only view them in 2d, has the gallery had some changes done or something else is new? Any suggestions how i can view the same images in 3d again?Thanks!

I have some friends that are constantly changing up their outfits but one of them found a shirt (it was free) last week that was super nice so he kept it. Two days ago, when he launched the game, he was wearing a plain black shirt and the one had had been wearing is gone from the store. How does this work? Do clothes expire? It's a real bummer if you find an article of clothing that you like and barely a week later it's removed from the available options and your closet.
