Hi All, A couple of days ago my Quest 3 VR headset started playing up. It was plugged in and charging but it’s now refusing to charge or turn on and gives me a blinking red light. I don’t know what it indicates or how to fix it. I charge it through my PC.

I had ordered metal Ray-Ban’s I believe April 25th and I had gotten them and they were not what I expected, even though it’s a cool product. I’m in college and I got them for a project but it doesn’t do what I thought it would so I requested a refund  less then a week after I gotten them and the meta support team was very supportive they reach out said they sent a return box so I did as instructed when I received it and had went to a fed ex location to have it shipped out. It only took a couple days for it to get to the location I had gotten the notification from fedex that it made its destination and it’s been 2 months now and I only get a couple emails with the same layout saying that they haven’t found it that they will let me know what they come up with. I was wondering what route I should take to get in better communication because I really need the money for college I had bought It originally for college. anyone need pics I got them for proof that fed ex delivered it al

It just doesn't work I change my email and the email on the VR is different from my actual email so I don't know what it is when it was my email it didn't work at all I can't do anything at all I can't even factory reset it because it won't let me what do I do?

i recently made this meta account, when i go onto my oculus quest 2, go to add profiles and type in my email to be sent a link, it says "there was a problem sending the invite, please try again later."

Hello dear friends, after reading many cases similar to mine, I saw that you suggest sending you direct messages. My Meta Quest 3 headset, with the latest v78 update, stopped working, and the screen went permanently gray. I've tried all the reboots, but it still doesn't work and remains on the gray screen. The controls do not interact with the glasses, when connecting them to the PC as always it no longer recognizes the glasses connected to the computer nor does it appear in the PC or cell phone application, it simply says that it is not connected, it only interacts with the cable and the computer when I reinstall the software from the official meta page and which currently continues to offer version v78 to install, throughout the reinstallation process the glasses interact with the PC without any problem and it takes all the time for both the computer and the glasses to load the update up to 100% then the glasses restart and a symbol appears as if it were a chip with an arrow inside a

Hi there!   Unfortunately, my son was playing a game on his Oculus 3S headset and it fell about 3 feet onto the floor because it fell off his head when he looked down.  Now, the screen is stuck on a black screen.  We have tried charging it fully, restarting power after 30 seconds, and holding down power + lower volume button, but nothing has changed the screen or fixed the issue.  The unit is relatively new, we bought them last December 2024.  How do I know if it can be repaired or if it is covered under warrenty?  Our prior Oculus units bricked themselves and were able to be repaired, but we had to send the units in and we did that.  I am willing to pay for repairs if needed.  Hoping that we don't have to buy a brand new one.Let me know.Any help is appreciated.~Brandy East

I received v63 update recently and it affect my pcvr experience massively, on v62 pc it only need 5-10 second to launch quest link app from my headset, after the v63 pc update it took 2-3 min to launch quest link, sometimes i get 3 dot loop, and cant connect to pc sometime, i dont know what happened, i tried  - repair quest link -reinstall quest link -launch the app with admin  -update my graphic card driver still nothing work, please is there a way to go back to the previous update so my pcvr experience can be enjoyable again. i have a i5-9300h, GTX 1660 Ti, 16gb ram

Hello! Im trying to stream native VR games on my PC. Im using Meta Quest link app and audio isn't working. I also tried Meta Quest Developer Hub and manage to have audio working but with about 1 sec delay and it's bad. How to do it properly. How can I stream native games like Shotwood with OBS in good quality and working sound?

I am very new to this and have only had my meta quest pro for a few days beverything was working perfectly. I was in the middle of an escape room and it suddenly doesn’t allow me to grip anymore. I can push things around and move them but I cannot pick up or open things like draws etc. what am I missing can any one help.

I performed a factory reset a month ago lost all cosmetics in gorilla tag. VR is acting up again and have been told need to perform another factory reset. I do not want to loose my cosmetic again. I verified that back up is on and that user is linked to my Facebook account. Please verify this should work this time thankscolleen 

So, after a torturous attempt to get my Oculus client reinstalled recently (see my prior post) I'm now facing another problem. The OVRLibraryService is not running. This means my library is not updating.The default state of this service is that its been installed with a Startup Type of 'Manual'. So will never run on boot. Attempting to run the service manually throws an error dialog..Checking event viewer, the following is displayed... The Oculus VR Library Service service terminated with the following service-specific error:  There are no more files.The client was installed via my user, who's a local admin.Does anyone have any ideas?  

Hi there.Even if I'm on my virtual environment and roomscale is ON, when I launch Eleven Pinball it ALWAYS uses stationary.I tried EVERYTHING, I dunno what to do.

Well I've got a quest 3s and I've heard that you can use them in the dark. I've tried it but for then it appears this pop up telling you to turn ok the lights that disappears 3 seconds later. While seeing the pop up, the hand tracking is perfect, even in darkness. But the moment it disappears, the hand tracking stops working. So, if the quest 3s is capable of tracking you in darkness, why I can't be using the menus in the dark just to watch a series.

I was having issues with my right controller and I’ve unpaired, factory reset and now I can’t get off a a white screen showing 2 controllers. Any suggestions

metaQuest3を使用しているのですが、プレイしようと立ち上げたところトラッキングが失われました、というのとコントローラーが接続されなくなってしまいました。朝プレイした際はトラッキングも正常でコントローラーも接続されていました。朝プレイした際にコントローラーの電池を交換しているので電源は有るはずです。部屋の明るさも以前プレイできた時と同じ環境です。電源ボタン長押しによる再起動も試しましたが治らなかったです。I'm using metaQuest3, but when I tried to play, I got a message that the tracking was lost and the controller was no longer connected. When I played in the morning, the tracking was normal and the controller was connected. I replaced the controller's batteries when I played in the morning, so it should have power. The brightness of the room is the same as when I was able to play before. I tried restarting by pressing and holding the power button, but it didn't work.

先日AmazonプライムデーにてMeta Quest 3Sを購入しました。スマホでMeta Horizonモバイルアプリをダウンロードし、FaceBookアカウントを使いヘッドセットとペアリングして初期設定を完了しました。しかし、特典のMeta Horizon+の3か月無料体験に申し込もうとするとストアの暗証番号を入力した時点でエラーが発生、リクエストを完了できませんでしたと表示され何度繰り返しても先に勧めません。他の有料ゲームは購入可能でした。また、Eleven Table Tennisゲームも無料でプレイすることはできません。metaの公式サポートに連絡しようにも「Metaアカウントと関連付けられたデバイスは見つかりませんでした。」と表示されて質問する権利すら与えられません。Amazonにも連絡してみましたが、Metaのプロモーションのため対応できないと言われました。どうやったらこの問題を解決できるでしょうか？

Haven't really used my Quest 2 very much beyond using it with my pc through the link cable, didn't seem to notice I haven't had access to my library for awhile on my system and I'm not sure how long it's been like this. I did enable developer mode to get rid of guardian and maybe that's it?

I'm very disappointed with the latest operating system update. It's gotten much worse. While the app management windows were very intuitive before, they've now added a meta key that opens a fixed window overlaying the system windows. In many system applications, it's hard to figure out how to close them or return to the basic view. Before, everything was much more intuitive. Why, I say... are you making things worse instead of better? What do you think?

its been 5 months without being able to buy game because they think i can get a bank to bring up a document about a gift card that's so **bleep**ing stupid i just want to buy a game but they locked my account from buying things because i removed a pay method and they want a gift card that no longer exists i tried telling them that over and over and they give me dumb answers meta support dose not help and they don't care about you META SUPPORT IS A JOKE i demand my account get unblocked from buying games

So basically I've had it for 1 week and my headset won't let me see like it randomly turns black and then let's me play again and I have no idea what to do I even did a whooe bunch of restarts and 1 factory reset

please I need help with my Instagram account.My account  was recently restricted, and I was asked to verify my identity by uploading a government-issued ID. I did that, and while my Facebook account got restored, my Instagram account is still restricted.I suspect the issue is because the name on my ID is different , from the Instagram account is under … which is actually my business name. The name is a registered brand — I have a CAC certificate and business bank account with that name.I’ve tried contacting Meta, but I’ve not gotten any response yet. Has anyone faced something similar? What can I do to prove that the account is mine and get it back?Any advice would really help. Thanks.
