What can I do if I no longer have access to the two-factor application to log in?

I am getting error code 3304 when I try to watch anything in the browser in Paramount Plus.  I am logged in and the menus work just fine.  However as so as I tell it the start a TV show or movie I get the error message.  It says to make sure all add blockers are off. I do now see anything about ad blockers in the browser settings.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,  Darren 

When I enter my passcode it will not work. It just keeps coming back to the passcode screen. I know it is the right code

No matter where or when i try to log in on my company account, i keep getting an error message telling me I've requested too many codes, and to try again later. I literally cannot log in the account anymore, because this message presents itself even after waiting 3 - 4 days. What do i do?

I had sent in my left quest 3 controller on June 7 and still haven't received a new one. Meta can you please check.

    Hello everyone,        I had ordered metal Ray-Ban’s I believe April 25th and I had gotten them and they were not what I expected, even though it’s a cool product. I’m in college and I got them for a project but it doesn’t do what I thought it would so I requested a refund  less then a week after I gotten them and the meta support team was very supportive they reach out said they sent a return box so I did as instructed when I received it and had went to a fed ex location to have it shipped out. It only took a couple days for it to get to the location I had gotten the notification from fedex that it made its destination and it’s been 2 months now and I only get a couple emails with the same layout saying that they haven’t found it that they will let me know what they come up with. I was wondering what route I should take to get in better communication because I really need the money for college I had bought It originally for college. &nb

My friend’s accounts were recently disabled for allegedly breaking guidelines but we have no clue what they did to break the guidelines. We tried an appeal through Instagram but it got denied. We’ve tried to just move on and create a new account but it keeps deactivating them. Is there any way we can contact Instagram or Facebook or Meta?

Recently bought a meta quest 3s and redeemed horizon plus  games on the mobile app, A few downloaded automatically, and after I uninstalled them, they keep trying to download again.I uninstall and remove. But then a bit later they are in the queue to be downloaded again. How do I stop this?

Adding this to version 79 since I didn't see 77 or 78. First, I want to thank the Meta Quest development team for all your hard work and the ongoing improvements you bring to the platform. I really appreciate the effort that goes into each update.However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Meta browser. Since upgrading from version 76 to 77, I’ve noticed that video playback from media servers (like my Jellyfin server) no longer works. For example, I was halfway through a movie on v76, and after the update, playback just stopped working the next day. I’ve seen others mention similar issues, so I know I’m not alone.It’s worth noting that my server still works perfectly with other browsers and Jellyfin apps—this issue seems specific to the Meta browser. I was hoping version 78 would resolve it, but unfortunately, the problem persists, and I haven’t been asked to version 79.  While I am hopeful v79 "could" fix it, with the other issues I'm seeing, I will probably wait

with the new update the virtual keyboard was removed from horizon workrooms...now there is only the passthrough one...absolutely impossible to use, especially on the quest 2 where mixed reality is in black and white. anyone knows any workaround? maybe a virtual one I can add there like on immersed?

Hello, I have an Oculus Go that I was booting up, and it's stuck on the 3 dot loading screen, no matter what I do. I've already done a hard reboot, and this did not fix it.I fear it's because the app updated on my iphone. Is there literally anything I can do, or did Meta brick my Oculus Go forever?

I am currently trying to factory reset my oculus go but I can’t finish setting it up because the health and safety video never loads and I can’t skip it so I’m just stuck forever. I have factory reset the headset multiple times and redownload the app but nothing helped. Can anyone help me or give me some tips.

So my oculus, it says you’ve been logged out from a different account because I said I wasn’t a grown-up, even though I am so i don’t know what happened 

Hi,I recently got a Quest 3 and have been exploring the Worlds Desktop Editor and its tutorials. At the moment, I'm working through the UI tutorial, and I’ve noticed that the scripts import components from "horizon/core" and "horizon/ui". Does anyone know where I can find API documentation for these.

i cant speak. so communicating on the quest 2 is impossible for me on all of the games i like to play. Is there some way for me to communicate .  is there an app where i can put a keyboard at the bottom of the screen. if not can one be made .If so can you add a feature to it. Like a few preset word buttons so i can add some words that i can hit a button so they just pop up. for games like iron rebellion and other games  like that. And will give me a voice. Few years ago I had Meta Quest 2 and purchased few titles while I had it.Recently with Amazon Prime Day deals I decided to get Quest 3S.I've logged in with email that I've previously used and I don't see any purchase/orders history.Titles that I previously had like Superhot VR are now available to purchase like I haven't had them before...Any suggestions what might went wrong and how to get my previous quest profile back with all the purchases that I have made?My Quest 3S is still on the way, making it harder to get ahold of support without assigned device, but I would like to fix everything before quest 3S arrives.

I last played beat saber yesterday (July 11th, 2025). I turn on my Quest 2 today and ALL my progress is randomly gone. It was like I had never even launched the game as it was asking me what region I was in and asked me to try the tutorial. I looked to see if cloud backup was on and it was, but all my progress is gone. Is there anyway to fix this and restore all my beatsaber data?

After profile picture i am not able to go ahead no option for next, saw previous post on reddit  - this was an known problem from 2021 when you was choosing profile picture and its was turning same blank/grey screen]tried its solution but it didn't worked , please help what can be done here

What is going on with the latest update that will not update?? I troubleshot everything plus did a factory reset as well as a hard reboot and still nothing. So please help, Meta told me many replace the headset because its under warrenty but isn't that going to far? Robert W.
