My sons plaid with the meta quest and now they are very sad, because we tried since few monthsto play again with it but it is not possible anymore. We thought the kids had not understand the terms of use and put some buttons or said something which are not allowed. can you help us because it is a very expensive thing and now we cannot use it

this highlighted part of my headset fell off and now i cant wear the headset. How do i buy a replacement or get help

I’ve been having a problem where when I go to add a profile to my quest 2 the profile tab in settings is completely blank is just a empty tab and Ive turned it off and on again and it’s still not working also it takes very long for my feed and store page to load up I’ve tried factory resetting and i still have the same problem please some help 

Hello, my Universal Menu isn’t working on my Meta Quest 3 I just purchased SECOND-HAND. I went to contact support but using my account that is already linked through the Meta Horizon app doesn’t recognize I own it. Using the serial number(which i got from scanning the QR code) also doesn’t recognize the device. I’m not trying to solve my universal menu issue here, just want to know how I am able to contact support in any way but the forum. Thank you

Ich hab seit dieser Woche eine Quest. Meine erste Frage betrifft das Forum. Zu Beginn der Woche war ich hier in einem "Deutschen Forum". Darauf hab ich keinen Zugriff mehr . Gibt es das nicht mehr. Hello,I just bought a brand new Meta Quest 3. After unboxing, I turned it on using the power button. The initial setup screen appeared, and I clicked on the first tutorial step. At that point, the screen froze with a loud beeping sound and heavy pixelation. This lasted for about 15 seconds before the device shut itself down.Since then, it won’t turn on normally. It only powers on if I manually select “Boot Device” from the boot menu. But even then, it freezes at the same point with the same sound and visual glitch, then shuts down again. I haven’t been able to use the device at all.Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? I'm open to trying any troubleshooting steps and can share a video if needed.Thanks in advance!

So my partners meta quest 3s isn't charging or turning on she has tried other cables and such the headset is only 10 days old, cant factory rest it as it doesn't show on the phone app and pushing the power button doesn't do anytingneed help as i cant afford to buy another one for her

Hello I am an owner of a quest 2,So the first time we got are headset was about 3 or for years ago but when we set it up that when the problem starts first we had problems connecting to the wifi second abit 1 or 2y later I tried gorilla tag and it just closed as soon as I opened it started to work  again 2 days ago but now it's broken again and now when i try to turn off the headset it just shows a black screen and the light just flashes white so does anyone have this problems and can I fix these problems?

I own an Oculus quest 2 and recently got a new phone. My meta horizon app didn’t transfer, so I tried to log back in. I then realized that I forgot the e-mail I used to create the account. The account name is @heypooppug33 and I spend around $100 on the account. I really hope someone can help me either change or find out what e-mail I used for the account.

My Meta Quest 3 won't charge any further than 74 %. How to fix this?

Hi,When I try to disable the “Hey Meta” feature on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses using the Meta View app, I encounter an issue: the settings page for “Hey Meta” appears completely blank (see attached screenshot). It worked fine on meta ai app v244.0.0. After that version it broke. The issue is on IOS. Everyone on the Apple App Store is complaint so it’s affecting all IOS users.Because of this, I can’t turn the feature off or change any settings related to it.I’ve already tried:Restarting my phoneRestarting the glassesUninstalling and reinstalling the appBut the problem persists — the screen stays empty every time.Could anyone help me with this? Is there any known fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.  

My old account with all of my games and my Quest + Subscription is locked out due to the fact that I changed number and now Microsoft authenticator is not working correctly either... Please someone help me update the phone number.Thanks, C Sievers 

There's barely any documentaiton or how to get custom UI working for VR users. Most of the documentation on the developer docs are geared toward mobile and Desktop. Does anyone know if any resources I can use to learn how to make UI for VR users? Simple things like a health bar UI in VR or something similar in complexity.

Ive had this quest since 2023, don't overuse it or abuse it. It was fine this morning and I've had issues in the past with login and pairing my phone. Today I had to update the software or the headset kept screwing up. After the update the headset border has static and moves when I do, the Bluetooth doesn't work properly, the apps randomly work or don't etc. I got into a discussion with meta customer support and they told me it was a problem with their software and I asked for a replacement. He told me to factory reset it so I did and now I can't even log into my headset PLUS all the data is gone. I was told I'd get an "out of warranty" replacement but after the factory reset the dumb **bleep** tells me that it's not actually a replacement and they'll take a look at it for $170. I hate meta, I hate their products and the fact they screwed me over again with a product I bought and own, makes me want to be violent. **bleep** you meta

Quest 2 stuck on pairing code screen.  I’ve factory reset, still stuck on screen with controllers pulling tabs.

This morning, my device was updated to v78.1027, but strangely, none of the new functions of v77 were pushed to my device, just as if it had not been updated. Even if it was updated to v78, no new functions appeared.

Both of my controllers are having issues.  One won't turn on.  The other turns on and then right back off.  I have tried everything I have found online via Google and YouTube. My Quest 3 is only 6 months old.

Hello! I’ve been having an issue with the Quest 3 where after a while I see a pink line/bar that fills up half of each lens near the bottom. I’ve looked for a few fixes but can’t seem to find the right fix. I use it through SteamVR and some threads have said it’s VRAM issues but I’m using a 4090 and still getting it. Hoping someone else have had a similar issue and found a fix. 

I am having trouble with the Meta Quest 3 while recording, streaming, and even casting videos. The video area appears very high. Hello,I submitted my ID so that I could get my age verified, but they were unable to verify my account age. Now I don't have access to Facebook Marketplace along with other features. Is there any way I can resubmit my ID so I can get back on? marketplace ect. and yes im 18.

Hello, my name is Adam and i’m a student at Secondary Industrial School of Transport in Bratislava, Slovakia. Me, my digital coordinator and our subhead are trying to get up with the systems of Meta Quest 2, to use them for educational purposes as of using simulator where you are fixing cars etc. We ran into a problem where there’s not known a possibility of using these devices on 1 account, or there’s a need to have an account for each devices for more compatibility.
