since the latest update my pc link warplanes air corp fails to load.  just goes and stays on the loading screen.  have uninstalled and reinstalled and same keeps happening. what else can i do to fix this problem 

Unfortunately, after updating to Navigator V2.3, I'm experiencing some extremely annoying graphical glitches, making Navigator text and its menus difficult to read. Furthermore, the ribbon bar under windows often doesn't work, requiring a restart. I tried a factory reset, but the problem occurs randomly. I've changed everything I can adjust, from adaptive brightness to contrast, but it doesn't do anything. The problem occurs both in passthrough and with graphical interfaces. Has anyone had these problems? How did you solve them?Thank you so much.

My meta quest 3s has a black screen after factory reset and I need to speak to someone instead of AI to fix my issue. How can I do this? 

I didn't think this would become this big of an issue until now. Recently. on my Quest 3 headset, I've noticed some weird problems, one of the most common issues being the battery's depletion rate. It is going down very quickly, as if it's in a rush, which is something I've never seen before. For example, I'm about to play with my friends on a game. My battery is only at 17%, which shouldn't be that big of a deal. I've just loaded into the Loft area and my screen says "Power Off" without me turning off my headset. I thought I would have more time to play, not just around a countable 30 seconds. Something else I notice changing is the speed of charging. It has slowed down significantly along with the battery going down fast.This problem is only happening more recently, and I know that it could be because of how I'm charging it, but that itself shouldn't be the problem. My left controller keeps disconnecting and then connecting. when I play gorilla tag my controller keeps disconnecting when I’m moving 

I did a full reset of my Quest 3 headset (I need to change the owner). I got to the part where it says to continue in the Meta Horizon app. I created an account, registered, turned on Bluetooth, granted all permissions, and the app just froze. More specifically, the screen where you need to grant permissions and select the headset model. I can't scroll down and select the headset. I don't even know what to do; I tried reinstalling it, but it doesn't help. I can only click "Not Now" and exit. As a result, I can't activate the headset.

www meta devicekeeps saying that the Gmail is wrong. Which is not. Help me out 

I am disabled and need the mic to communicate and do speech to text. After the last headset software upgrade/update it has ceased working. completely. I have tried the troubleshooting and I do not have ant aftermarket parts or accessories that weren't on the headset when the mic was working fine. 

Worlds Desktop Editor has always been fine, but today when opening the app I had an update. Since the update I get a fatal error when trying to open the editor Failed to load il2cpp Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Has my head baffled Any fix for this? 

I have updated my quest 3 version some time ago and the new UI (not the navigator) stationary boundary (transparent bubble) is so nonsensetive. I need to get back to the old ui's stationary boundary (the blue circle).Thanks.

Hi, my son has been happily playing on his Meta Quest 3 for a year and suddenly has been locked out of his account (which is a child’s account with me as the parent). When he enters his email, no code is sent and an error message appears on the Meta app. We have tried on multiple devices to no avail. There appears to be no suitable support or advice anywhere. Can anyone help or advise? TIA

Hello, I sent my headset back a month and a half ago and it shows delivered March 16 and Grapevine, Texas. I have an advanced replacement in process way back in March and nothing‘s been done. I’ve sent emails back-and-forth and just keep getting told we’re working on it. I have no faith that that is the actual reality even though it might be somebody’s, I just want the replacement headset that I am owed because y’all put a hold on my credit card as well as I pay a monthly payment to Meta #Warranty plus please help thank you.

I'm having issues with my Meta Quest 2 not powering on, when plugged in the device only pulls power when the power button is held, and still then the light on the side simply flashes red. I haven't used the device in about 5+ months so I am assuming the battery is completely dead.After doing some research and trying all publicly available methods of fixing the issue, I have come to the conclusion I might need to contact support however I am now having issues doing that as when I attempt to enter my serial number (which is written both in the controllers and the side of the headset) it simply rejects it and says that product isn't found, I have attached images showing this. I am also 100% sure I am entering it correctly as I have even attempted to scan the QR code on the device and copy the text directly from that.I am unable to access the email linked to the device so I am now wondering if I am just left with an expensive paperweight. I currently have 4 of my children under my main account so that I can monitor their stuff and gift them games.  I have purchased among us 3d for all of them however only one child is unable to access the game…it says under my purchases that all the other purchases were received, however with the last one it just says purchased…as it was gifted directly to the account from the parent account there is no code, etc…I have racked my brain and even just tried buying the game again, which it doesn’t let me do and gives me an error about location…any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using my quest 3 for 18 months now, everything was great until I turned it on today.  from what i have been reading it looks like I received the new navigator interface. when I power up the headset all i see is the navigator interface. my controllers will not interact with the new interface. also I can see a mic icon floating on the screen. I have tried voice commands with no luck. as it stands my quest 3 is useless now.  PLEASE HELP ME. 

I'm trying to connect my Meta Quest 3S to my new PC and it's giving me a message saying "Your computer doesn't meet the updated minimum specifications, which can lead to poor experience in VR." along with a computer notification saying "Meta Horizon Link isn't working." And the Quest is stuck on an infinite loading screen. Im not available to access worlds thru my Headset or meta Horizon app on mobile. But when i connect my metalink cable to headset to access worlds on my desk top it works fine. I dont have access to my desktop editor to edit worlds or make more digital content like clothing in Meta horizon developer portal it clams im violated something but when i check my account status on the meta horizon app it say “Your in good standing” please help me figure out what the next step is i tried putting in a support ticket while back and we ended up putting a ticket to replace the headset and remotes in the process but still having the same issue still

I hate the new UI because the window grabber ui elements don't disappear (the little oval ui element beneath full screen windows for example that show the full screen button and the dimming options). It's really annoying how it stays visible, whereas previously it would disappear after a few seconds, so you felt like you had a big cinema screen when using the browser to watch Netflix in full screen mode. Now it feels like I'm looking at a digital display because of all the distracting floating UI elements that no longer auto hide. Also the persistent white lines that float all over the place when not in full screen are very distracting.Is there any way to revert back to the previous navigator?  Some way to do a system restore to the previous OS version?

I have an Oculus Quest 3 bought in Amazon 5 months ago and the Meta Support does not recognize the serial number when trying to open a ticket. I have a problem with one of the controllers that have became crazy and does not respond to the track movement. Does anyone know how to manage an issue like this?

My Oculus Quest 3s lenses have a white spot on them. It appeared after I lent them to a friend. The center is clear, and the white spot forms a square. What does this mean?

I’ve been dealing with this issue where I load up to the startup point where u have to pair the controllers and when I load up for a little my screen turns grey I’ve already tried a factory reset and I can’t update my oculus if I can’t get into the settings menu . Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this and knows how to resolve this issue

TLDR:Can use Link, however when I plug my Quest 3 in via any cable, a Device appears under Other devices called "Highwind Interface"  with "no compatible drivers available", I've been unable to find anything clear online, does anybody know what this is or the driver it needs?Device: USB\VID_2833&PID_0186&MI_02\7&10ba82f&2&0002  My splatter of an ignorant investigation.In device manager I have a device called "Highwind Interface" which is only active while the Quest 3 is plugged.If I uninstall the device it will reappear with the same error.Ive tried installing the Oculus ADB Drivers.Different cables and different USB slots to make sure it is definitely related to the Quest.I've cleanly uninstalled and reinstalled the Meta Quest link and all related software/drivers. Within OEM54.inf  I've found multiple references:%CompositeHighwindInterface%= USB_Install, USB\VID_2833&PID_5010&MI_02%CompositeHighwindInterface%= USB_Install, USB\VID_

Ok so firstly, I don't even want to be here because somehow my Quest 3 is updated to 2.1 even though I have never joined the PTC in my horizons app.So, the issue with V2.1 I'm having currently is that the controllers go to sleep WAY too fast. It used to take longer so when idle your controllers just don't disappear immediately but now after 3 seconds of inactivity it just disappears until you move it again. While this might seem to be a non-issue, it is immersion breaking in some cases, please revert this behavior to the previous version.Additionally, why was I even updated to 2.1? Is there a way for me to not be included, I'm having a very bad experience with it currently.
