Hey everyone! I went ahead and flagged this with our internal team, so they will be continuing to work on/look into this topic.

With that being said, the best option I can really recommend at the moment would be to submit bug reports wherever you run into this so that our engineers can get more back-end information.

Bug report natively.

Bug report on PCVR.

Thank you everyone!

Can confirm too that v63 PTC solves the issue.

Yes, I can confirm this too. With v63 PTC the artifacts have completely disappeared, both standalone (Prime Video app) and with PCVR.

I am with version 63. I can clearly trigger the white dots when I use a high CPU/GPU usage in native.

Easy to have it, I am developping a game, I just have to put more objects to display...

This issue is still lingering, both in PC VR games and Standalone games. Especially using SSW and using headset's resources. Quest 3.

I have this really bad along with the usb-c water/debris port issue and they both appeared and worsened at the same time.  Makes the whole device pretty useless.  I think it's all down to overclocking of the device which meta has done to support all the extended features to keep pace with the vision pro.  They have pushed the system beyond it's original spec and it's running unstable.

Graphical glitching is common when an overclocked gpu gets too hot.  Also power instability affecting peripherals.

I get a more stable experience if I turn off 120hz and movement tracking because the system is no longer under heavy load.  You can hear it instantly because the fans become quieter and the graphical artifacts stops.  And although I still get the issue with plugging in usb-c ports a lot I do not get it randomly disconnecting and then doing it or apps just bombing out completely.

Still an issue on latest V63 on Quest Pro as well.  RGB sparkle artifacts on top third of display during some scenarios while doing wireless PCVR, worse with movement.

Yup, I finally got a chance to test out V63 a bit, and I definitely still have artifacts popping up, at least in the Prime Video app for sure. Just as bowow described it " RGB sparkle artifacts," but seems they can appear anywhere in my vision. I will say, it seems they appear less frequently and in smaller clusters in V63, but they're definitely still present.

I have the same artefacts. I really thought this is a hardware failure and I wanted to return my unit but it seems this is a software issue and a new Quest 3 won't solve the problem. Meta needs to fix this!

I accidentaly replied to an user instead of the whole topic. Here is my response again in case meta support only sees replies to this topic and not to users:

Hey there, I'd like to join the discussion. I'm currently using V68. I recently encountered a rainbow artifacting issue in a game called Medieval Dynasty: New Settlement after they released their Quest 3 enhancement update. Recording seems to exacerbate the problem, possibly due to the video encoding. I've reached out to the game developers, but they have been unable to replicate the issue. I've recorded what I experienced.
