Hi. Issue still exists. Laptop is Dell, Intel i7, 16gb Ram, Geforce RTX4050. Now on my TWENTIETH email with support - going round in circles, not one agent seems to have read whatever has been said or tried before. The Meta software is obviously to blame and not been fixed since start of this thread - which i wish i had read prior to purchase of the headset and laptop! ( as an aside this has just asked me to review meta - which i did (0)- only to come up with error review not submitted !)

Hi. I have a i9 14900 64 GB ram rtx 4090 Alienware laptop and it didn't work for me. Metas support is atrocious and they refuse to fix that. I've tried everything air link, link cable, even went into settings and make sure meta app uses the 4090 gpu instead of the built in. Nothing working. I ended up paying for virtual desktop instead. And works great for pcvr gaming. Good luck.

I've two Quest3 VR PCs and... none of them meets the requirements (!!)

(1) Razer Blade 16 2025 with 5090, Ryzen 9 AI 370HX, 64GB RAM, NVME

(2) Lenovo P1 Gen 6 with 4090, i9 13900, 64GB RAM, NVME

Tell me what I have to consider to meet the requirements :-DDD

PS: everything works, but the message is really annoying...

Haha **bleep**. Sick specs. Are they both laptops though? It works fine on my 5090 desktop not on my 4090 laptop. I’m seeing a trend with laptops.

Yes... they're both laptops.

What I'm thinking is that a genius developer did consider the INTERNAL GPU (1) and not the discrete NVidia (2) one... The first one he finds in a system scan...

But with these SO MANY messages in a couple of years... is the customer care sleeping? Is this such a **bleep** hard problem to solve?

PS: My Razer has also 8GHz dual channel soldered RAM... So everything is way ABOVE any "average" spec...

Hello I got the same problem, but ive have had context with meta before and havent got the best experience, they need to make other type of support that are faster and more reliable available, I got an 3050 16 gb ram and an i5 10th generation on the older side but meta says they support it, but when I try to link it up I can’t even get in the normal meta app on desktop, such a shame I bought a lot of vr games, which I randomly can’t play anymore last week it still worked and now randomly it says it doesn’t support my graphic card does anyone have knowledge on how to fix this?
