Unable to Install Meta Horizon Application on Windows 11 PC

Same problem, Image included for reference. I was updating all of my drivers, Nvidia, windows security update and then attempted to update quest drivers, pop-window suggested repair app (would not repair) I uninstalled the app from windows, and during reinstall this happened. 

It says a lot that the support staff who usually swoop in like Clippy are staying quiet on this one. I hope they're passing the bug reports up the food chain at least or this will never get solved.

I have exact same issue, cannot instal this app. DEV DO SOMETHING PLZ !

I have same problem, cant install and it keep telling that need restart pc. Any new information?

Having the exact same problem. Anyone found a fix or a workaround. IS META EVEN WORKING TO FIX THIS?

Here a status update.

After a lengthy email exchange with the Meta Support Team and the usual uninstall, install again, reboot etc. solution, they finally acknowledged there is a problem with Meta's Link application and now the software engineers will have a look.

Below Meta's answer:

Having read through everything, I did see "An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format." Looking at the community forum threads that mention being unable to install the Meta Link app, this is being mentioned as the connection that everything is getting this error in the install logs.

This looks like something that will require a fix by our engineer team. To assist with this, I'd request that you file a bug report on your Meta Horizon app, as the more reports the same problem receives, helps boost the problem at hand, and lets the engineer team know a fix is required.

To file a bug report via your Meta Horizon app:

1) On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
2) Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
3) Scroll down to Support, then tap Report an issue.
4) Tap Report a problem, then type an explanation where prompted.
5) Tap Send in the top right.

Please note: When you report a bug, information about your device, account and the apps that you're currently running will be automatically included in this report. You're also able to choose to include complete logs and diagnostics, such as user activity logs, network logs and crash reports associated with your device. These may contain details that help us better understand and fix issues.

I'll go ahead and pop this case on hold, and we will check in with you once a week, just to keep you updated with anything we've heard on our end, but please feel free to also respond and let us know if the download has started to work as well.

Why the META do not shows any action about this? i have exactly same issue after updates. What the hell they doing?

I have exactly the same problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B) ... (Error Code: BadImageFormatException)

edit : the reddit post about 32 bit installer/64-bit dll is right, the older version drivers works for me.

Holy crap, I have been having the same issue for a week now and if that post just above mine fixes it, where the heck are the devs, fix this already. Maybe you guys need to hire dude from Virtual Desktop, because I "have to" use his software to play your headset!!!
