So at the end, i decided to just format everything, and seems to have solved the problem. And I also disabled the integrated graphics card so it only recognizes the eGPU XGMobile. And, it works. How? I'm not an expert, but as long as it works, I'm not disconnecting it from the dock xd

Thanks everyone for your answers✨️

Sorry not solution from me, however seems to be a bug going around (not everyone affected tho) as far as it seems you getting a quest 2 has nothing to do with it, tho coincidentally i'm having the same issue and using a quest 2 but mine had been working for a while till 2 weeks ago) I think i has to due with OVRserver_x64.exe not installing/working correctly due to some update and therefore not running correctly (or really just not running at all due to the kernel error u posted which is the same one im dealing with.

TioFeito please check if the QWAVE service in Windows is running and not disabled. It should be running for the Link service to work.

ALSO make sure your antivirus software is not interfering with the installation of your GPU drivers or the Meta Quest Link software.

You can also try downgrading your AMD graphics driver.

the services are running, the gpu connection is working with the eGPU and without, just by using integrated graphics. tried unstalling normally those drivers, now i'm gonna use ddu to see if something changes πŸ™

It seems to be an issue with AMD's latest graphics drivers, I got it working by downgrading my drivers with this:
https://www.guru3d.com/download/amd-radeon-software-adrenalin-25102-driver-download/
Just make sure to select factory reset when you install to make sure the broken driver is completely removed

Try updating your AMD drivers, ensure the eGPU is recognized, run Oculus repair, and use a USB 3.0/USB-C cable for Quest 2 Link.

What do you mean by formating everything? I was thinking about downgrading the drivers and giving that a go but I feel like thats not a long term solution lol.
