Horizon link not working

My Q3 was linking fine to my PC this afternoon, then literally an hour or two later, will not link.

I'm using a usb 3.0 cable, it is in a USB 3 port, power management of USB port is set correctly.

I get a notification saying 'Meta Quest Link isn't working correctly. Click here to check our support article'.

There is no support article.

I have restarted the headset and PC, repaired the Horizon app, logged out and back into the Horizon app, restarted the OVR service and I still can't get it to work.

Anyone else having or had similar issues recently?

Headset V83.1034 build 5156385.14650.520

Grateful for any ideas.

    At least if there's a bunch of us, it means I haven't done something silly. Let's hope Meta pick up in this and sort a fix.

        Same issue here, with my Q2.

        Everything was working fine until tonight, but now I'm not able to use Link anymore (neither with USB or WiFi)

        I get a Windows notification "Meta Quest Link isn't working properly"...

        I updated, reinstalled and reconnected everything but it didn't fix the issue.

            Quest 3S, doesnt work with cable or wifi

            Restarting everything, even closing processes in task manager doesnt help

              I get the same message when using a cable with Q2 and Q3..... but air link is still  working without issues for me.

              Headsets are on build v83, link app is on PTC v85

              I reported a bug, but not sure they're aware of a widespread issue.

                Same issue here, bought a brand new cable, tried everything Davwolf tried too, genuinely thought i'd bricked my Q3, very happy to hear I'm not the only one with this issue, hope they push an update very soon. My wi-fi in my room is extremely poor so cable was my only option, I'd started losing hope.

                      Mine was fine until it updated this morning. Looks like a patch was pushed out that completely bombed the link app, even air link won’t work. Did no one test this patch before pushing it out???
