Horizon link not working

 had support contact and he told me to do those but it didnt work twice for me. 

Got LMU run via Internet disconnection PCVR but no other game yet.

Support told me this:

A. Bereinigung von Dateirückständen und Registry-Einträgen Meta Quest Link-Ordner löschen: Navigieren Sie zu C:\Program Files\Oculus und löschen Sie den gesamten Ordner, falls dieser noch existiert. Starten Sie Ihren Computer neu. 

B. Überprüfung von Windows-Updates und Treibern Stellen Sie sicher, dass Windows vollständig auf dem neuesten Stand ist. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Grafikkartentreiber (NVIDIA/AMD/ Intel). Aktualisieren Sie die USB-Treiber (über den Geräte-Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers).

C. Neuinstallation von Meta Quest Link Laden Sie das neueste Installationsprogramm von der offiziellen Meta-Website herunter. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Installationsdatei und wählen Sie „Als Administrator ausführen“. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen, um die Installation abzuschließen.

D. Zusätzliche Schritte zur Fehlerbehebung Antivirus/Firewall: Deaktivieren Sie während der Installation vorübergehend Ihre Antivirensoftware oder Firewall, da diese den Installer blockieren könnten. Anderes Benutzerkonto: Versuchen Sie, die Software über ein anderes Windows-Benutzerkonto zu installieren, um profilspezifische Probleme auszuschließen.

I'm having the same problem. Was working (not perfectly, but as good as it ever has) yesterday. Today it wasn't working. It did ask me to install windows remote desktop, which doesn't work for VR games. Tried all the basic things they tell you to do on the video at the "support article" but nothing works.

I have the same problem. I can run the test in the Meta Horizon app on my PC, and it works perfectly. But when I start Link, it gets stuck in a loading loop.

This is NOT a solution its a work around fix the dam mass you have made.

I'm not able to connect via airlink or cable, lmao that they pushed an update this messed up

i saw others saying that if you go into windows firewall and make a rule blocking outgoing connections for "[yourdrive]:\Oculus\Support\oculus-dash\dash\bin\OculusDash.exe", it works without you having to turn off your entire internet connection

According to ChatGPT this is a temporary fix and it's best to unblock dash.exe if and when Meta fix this bug. Alternatively it can remain blocked to protect privacy and also stop automatic downloads (could this mean link app that often causes problems) - however is this without risk of future problems with DASH?
