Hello Meta Quest Team,Before you close this, I want to clarify that I am aware other users have reported this issue and that there is an existing troubleshooting post.I recently purchased a new Quest 3 and a new Quest 3S. I use both custom cables and chargers, as well as the original Meta cable and charger. On both brand new headsets, I repeatedly receive the water and debris warning every 10 to 20 minutes, which makes normal use impossible. This happens with custom cables and chargers that provide a valid 30 to 40 watts, which matches the power specifications stated by Meta. The same issue also occurs when using the original Meta cable and charger. Given that this affects two separate new headsets under the same conditions, it is very unlikely that this is simply bad luck or defective hardware. This strongly points to a software related issue.I have seen many other users report the same problem, and some of these reports mention partial removals or moderation of posts, which makes it f
HiI found out you can connect LE-audio bluetooth earbuds to Meta Quest 3s. My problem is, it doesn't work at all. It connects but everything becomes super laggy and no audio at all when LE mode is enabled in bluetooth settings.I have Creative Zen Air Plus earbuds which supports LE audio when connecting to its' specific pairing name. When I do so, I can hear "LE connected... LE disconnected... LE connected... LE disconnected..." every couple seconds from the earbuds. Also everything on the Quest becomes like a 0.1fps slideshow until I disconnect the earbuds. When I connect the earbuds with normal bluetooth mode, everything works fine. Only problem is that games have 1-2s latency in audio. Videos (Youtube etc.) don't have delay because they sync with the audio. Is the bluetooth LE-audio mode still early experimental or is it supposed to work as intended already?Until it's resolved I can use wired earbuds with PD/audio usb-dongle. But then I lose smart funtionality of Elite battery st
Both of my controllers will constantly not be able to be tracked or have any buttons work. They are connected and have a full battery but still nothing works. I've also tried reseting my headset and I am not sure what to do because I have tried every possible thing. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this please help me out.
My vr controllers dont wonna connect to my vr its not piring so I need help.
after turning on my grandsons metaquest 3s headset, he can't get beyond the start screen showing his avatar. He can't use the controllers to click on anything so he can't get to any of his apps. I replaced his controller batteries without luck. I also tried to disconnect and reconnect the controllers. Any suggestions?
Pcvr used to work flawlessly. only thing that changed in the meanwhile is i went from an rtx 4060 to rx 9070xt. i used ddu to delete all 4060 drivers when i swapped gpus. ive tried about everything i could think of. i just cant make it work. air link and normal link both give the black screen. the only things out of ordinary i could find is that i can still open the quest menu when im in the black screen and it says im in the desktop application but i just see black. No audio either so not just display. OVRLibraryService never is runing and when i try to start it i get an error code 18. When i try to run oculus debug tool i get: "Unable to connect to service. NotFound: Server endpoint not found. Error code: -3003"ive tried:• DDU clean uninstall of Nvidia drivers, fresh AMD driver install• Set OVRServer_x64.exe to Power Saving mode in Windows Graphics Settings (it correctly shows AMD RX 9070 XT)• Disabled AMD in-game overlay in Radeon Software• Disabled Hardware Accelerated GPU Sche

Hi I'm hoping to get some help on this topic but i bought brand new quest pro controllers not that long ago and they have barely been used haven't been banged but my left one stopped working after i put it on charge once I've tried everything I've tried updating the headset, unpairing the controller, letting the controllers battery drain fully pressing the buttons to reset it but it wont work fully I've checked and the controller will charge to its full capacity and it shows on the app on my phone that its connected to the headset but when i look on like the first settings page on my VR it keeps showing the left controllers percentage like appearing and disappearing as if its connecting to the headset then disconnecting itself but at the same time the app on my phone shows that its paired and working with the headset and i don't think it would be the headset either because I've always been careful with the headset as well with the controllers so if someone from meta could help th
I’ve just bought a Quest 3s and am trying to set it up with no luck at all. When I try to connect to my WiFi it tells me password is incorrect even though I am 100% certain it’s right.I’ve tried factory resetting the headset, restarting router, connecting to my iPhone mobile hotspot (that won’t connect either) but nothing seems to help.I’ve tried to pair the headset with the Horizon app and it asks me to enter a code displayed in the headset but nothing is showing.Incredibly frustrating, can anyone provide any assistance? Many thanks in advance,Geoff
I'm stuck on the "Pair your headset with the Meta Quest app to continue." step during the Meta Quest 3 setup. The smartphone app tells me to "Allow permissions", which I have already done. I have "Use precise location" enabled as well. Pressing the blue "Continue" button does nothing. The Meta Quest 3 button is greyed out. I have a code displayed in the headset that I'm supposed to input somewhere in this app. What do I do?My Meta Quest app is up to date. I have already installed all system updates on my smartphone. My smartphone and Meta Quest 3 are on the same WiFi network.See screenshots:
meta horizon link is saying my graphics card is incompatible when it should be compatible.i am using an AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT which came out after the minimum requirement for graphics card, which means it should be compatible. i suspect it may be because its too new but its displayed before that it is able to recognize it and expresses that it may be not powerful enough for a enjoyable vr experience, however whenever i try to connect it says it cant because the graphics card is incompatible.specs: meta quest 3s (vr headset), amd radeon RX 6500 xt (graphics card), 16 gb of ram (not graphics card), and using air link with a pc that uses ethernet.
I need help. When i air link to my pc i am stuck on the meta air link loading screen.
My right side speaker is not working. Never had a problem put them on today its not working. I have tried to reset it its not working
I am having an issue where when I am attempting to link to my PC I am hard stuck on the loading screen inside the headset. The app and games I load are showing that it is connected and transmitting data since I am able to look around but inside the headset I am stuck looking at the loading screen. It was working completely fine yesterday and I have not changed anything since then. No updates etc.Steps I have taken to try fix issue but with no results;Restart both PC and HeadsetReinstall Meta Horizon LinkTried using both Cable and Air LinkRemoved device and paired again.
My left controller keeps on randomly freezing me in game for a few seconds when trying to move forward no notification saying controller disconnected tried to give it a spray don’t know if it’s software update issue as haven’t played in a few weeks
Hi, I’m stuck during the Meta Quest setup and cannot proceed. My headset is paired successfully with the Meta Quest app, but the app is stuck on a looping “safety video” screen and does not show any “Continue” or “Finish setup” button. Because of this, my headset keeps displaying “Continue setup in the app” and I’m completely blocked.I have already tried:factory reset of the headsetreinstalling the Meta Quest appclearing app data and cacheusing a different phonere-pairing the deviceNothing worked. It looks like my account or device setup is stuck on your side and cannot complete the safety step. Please help me complete or reset the setup on your end so I can use my headset.Thank you.
This might be lengthy... so buckle up. So I was playing beat saber and wanted to stream it to the app so my family could see what I was seeing. (I have recently got a new phone). I tried to connect to the headset from the app, but I kept getting the try again later. So I did what I normally do, search the internet for a solution. I came across the FAQ here on meta. They suggested to turn the headset off then back on, as well as the phone. So I did that. No solution or fix, next step? delete the app. and reinstallNO FIX. Tried to pair approximately 16 more times.NO F I X! Last suggestion BY META?!? Factory reset. NO FIX, but now I am stuck in set up mode on my headset and cannot get past the pairing on there. NEXT STEP?!? Reach out to meta chat (LOL).. The Lady was super friendly, which is new for me with the meta experience. She tried to get me to go through the steps again... guess what? NO FIX.. SO ultimately what is META's solution?
Hi, I have this Meta Quest 2. It was working fine all this time. The battery is fully charged and is new. Yesterday it worked fine, but today when I woke up, none of the controllers worked. I factory reset it, but that didn't help. The controllers were paired but not working, so I unpaired them as I was told, and now they won't pair up again. They do nothing, and every time I go to support, it's like they copy and paste their messages. I will never buy another one of these devices again. There's literally no help at all. I can't call support, and I can't even enjoy my days off from work.
Whenever I'm playing a game like blade and sorcery, every time I go to swing a punch or a weapon my controller disconnects for a second, vibrates, then reconnects. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, unpairing and re-pairing, etc.
Hello,I am having trouble accessing my Meta account.I can log in with my email and password to my original account, but I am asked to enter a 2-factor authentication code that is sent to my old phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that phone number, and I also do not have any recovery codes.I still have full access to my email address linked to the account. I am using a Meta Quest 2 headset, and I would like to regain access to my account. Could you please help me reset or remove the two-factor authentication so I can log in again? If needed, I can provide proof of identity or device information.
Hi, my Oculus Quest 2 controller won't connect. I've tried everything I've found online: changing the battery, unpairing and re-pairing them from the mobile app. The same thing always happens. When I connect it, it tries to update the firmware of the left controller, but it gets stuck. The controller constantly displays a flashing SOS signal, three long flashes, three short flashes, three long flashes. I've restarted the glasses, I've factory reset them, I think the problem is the failed update I suppose, but I'm in a loop where I've already tried everything.
I'm on 2.3, I tried with PTC enabled and disabled, both for headset and link client. I was able to get into link temporarily after disabling headset PTC, but after restarting my computer, back to the same issue. Clicking the link button in the headset starts connecting, then my pc makes the cable connect/disconnect sound, and it kicks me back to passthrough with the error that my headset is incompatible with the software version of my link software. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the link software twice now, and updated to PTC just in case, there should be no compatibility issues. I've tried different cables, I've factory reset my headset. I've tried wireless vs wired, and I get the same result.
My Quest 3 is stuck showing the same 5-digit pairing code and cannot complete setup. I’ve tried factory reset, browser pairing, Meta Horizon app, and all available support channels. I do not have access to the Meta Quest app, and the headset cannot reach the Support menu. The pairing code never changes and is not accepted on meta.com/device. I believe the device may be locked in enterprise mode and needs a firmware restore or replacement.Meta’s Help Center no longer provides access to device support forms. I need help from Meta staff to resolve this.As it stands now, I am currently in possession of a $500 paper weight
my son had a quest 2. he gave it to a friend when he got a quest 3, but he didn't reset the headset. He was having issues logging in to his normal user so he created a second account. lets call them user 1 and user 2I deleted the meta app off my phone and now he cant access the store or play online (i think?)I have reinstalled the app and logged on, reconnected the device to my app. the next troubleshooting step was forgetting the Wi-Fi and reconnecting but the headset said I don't have permission to do that. i think his 'user 1' is the admin, but he's never used it on the quest 3 and cant access it. when i try to access user 1 it says 'something went wrong' so i click 'generate device code'. the page appears to refresh but nothing else happens.is there a way to reestablish connection to the internet and store?
So my Quest 3 left controller started drifting so I cleaned it using alcohol, When I tried to turn it on it started blinking white light for 5 times then it goes dead completely. When I disconnect the battery it blinks again for 5 times then goes dead. I tried:Remove the controller from the horizon app and try to reconnect itPressing menu + X and menu + Y for 20 secondsRemoving the battery for 30 minutes and try againPressing X then Menu 5 timesReconnecting the controller through the headertrying different batteryUpdating the headsetNone of them work, please help
