Hello, Have been experiencing issues with my Meta Quest 3S controllers and the uncontrollable drifting issues. Using games on it, such as WIN Reality and Golf+. The issue is really bad with using the WIN Reality game.I've done the following:Factory Reset on the VR Headset, Unpaired / paired the controllers, recalibrated both controllers, and uninstalled / reinstalled both games. Reached out to WIN Reality Support, who had made an adjustment to how the game would set up. They have since reverted back to their original setup. I pulled out my Oculus 2 headset, charged it, and added new batteries to the controllers. Launched the WIN Reality App to see if the controller using the Short Bat attachment would have the same drifting issue. It did not; I used it with no issues at all. Didn't even have to recalibrate either controller

Hello,I recently moved and have tons of space to set up my VR. I installed all the up to date drivers for according to my NIVIDIA App on my PC. I installed Meta Quest Link and I am currently trying to do the initial set up where you pair your remotes and headset to the app and draw the floor space. When I open Meta Quest Link it just stays as a black screen and my headset display has black floor, white sky, and 3 circles that just blink in the middle. I have audio from my headset as well. I am not sure what to do, as I am unaware of what is the underlining cause to my issue I am experiencing. I have attached a screen shot of what loads up on my PC: If anyone else has had this issue with your Rift S and the Meta Quest Link, please feel free to drop some suggestions. Thank you for your time reading this people!
Hi, I click the link menu and it now shows its searching straight away the popup is new and usually it show my racing rig but now just searches and never finds it. I can connect over Wi-Fi but that does not work fast enough to race.I've tried different cables, ports and even my laptop also. Unplugging either end of either cable from either PC makes a sound on the headset so USB is I assume from that connecting. there was another update today 1/7/25 I was hoping would fix for tonight's league race but exactly the same issue. Anyone got any ideas or is there an issue that is awaiting a fix?Col
Hi! I've been trying to use my air link recently and something weird came up.Lately, when I connect to my pc through an air link over my wifi, the ping often skyrockets and the screen wobbles and this happens consistently. I also experience frequent lag issues. I figured that this was just poor wifi so I stopped using my link for a while.I decided today to try and use it again. I initially encountered major lag issues. When I tried to connect the link, the display in quick settings listed my pc successfully and would display the message "Wifi strength: medium". I attempted to use a link cable, and when this happened I was met with a glitchy connection notification, and then when enabled, a black screen with nothing but the meta logo and lots of shakyness. Of course, I unplugged the cable and disabled the link.I then tried air link again. However, now the air link displays "Ethernet connection: none" and every time I try to connect to my PC I get a wobbly black screen and that's it, if

So I was having issues connecting to my Wi-Fi and I read from a past Wi-Fi issue that doing a Factory Reset will fix it. So I performed one and not only did it not fix my issues, I now can't finish the set-up because I still can't connect to my Wi-Fi. When I would try to connect it would say "saved/incorrect password or try again later" I retyped the password 7 times and rebooted my router twice. It doesn't help that when I was performing the V78 firmware update, my VR full on crashed but downloaded the update, and ever since then I've been having really dumb issues with my VR, like my store not loading and my microphone not being detected in calls, voice messages, and Speech to Text.
I did it yesterday with no issues, i connected it and played for like 5 hours with little to no issues. Today i went to boot up my vr and connect my pc to it and now my quest 3 cant find my pc even though its plugged in.
bonjour je viens de demarré avec mon quest 2quand je l'allume le casque j'ai une fenetre avec un code et 2 propositions dont celle ci : connecter vous a votre organisationet je ne peux rien faire d'autreque faire??merci d'avance
I'm trying to connect to my computer, but a few seconds in it just disconnects, for no discernable reason, and always to unplug and replug to connect, which also doesn't work. I'm wondering if I'm being stupid and forgetting something or if it broke or what.Air Link can connect after a few minutes, but not cable. Also this was after turning my computer off and on to resolve some problems with all the audio stuff for my headset just stopped working. Turning my VR headset off and on did nothing. The VR app my computer was running is called VR chat and no sound could transmit or be received. Also during that moment it felt like my VR headset was doing the processing because it was heating up a lot when usually it didn't.It worked eventually, but I feel like something could go wrong.
I have tried everyone option to pair the controlers, they still wont pair
I've tried restarting my router I've tried Hotspot I've checked my time and it's right I've tried factory resetting and every thing else there is please help its very frustrating it was working today and it just stopped

HelloIn my computer I have Geforce RTX 5080, Also my VR headset is "Quest 2"I can not install the Oculus Setup in my computer it is stopping somewhere. Is it because Geforce 50+ series are not supported? If so when will this issue be solved?thank you
Hello, I understand that one must have a Quest for Business account to do the "Login with Workspace" on the Windows App so I can do Windows Remote Desktop (only way I can do remote desktop for work). I am fine to pay the fee to do this, since it is not supported at my work. The thing I am worried about is paying to do this with a non-work account and then only being able to use that non-work account to log in to the workspace, which won't work. I need to log in with my work email and my work workspace. Is there that limitation? I am afraid that the only way I can do this is if my work signs us all up for Quest for Business? Seems very unlikely they will do that, but I would pay it just for me if I can then log into any workspace. Since it is like $300, I am wary to just try it out without some sort of confirmation.
Please improve USB-C pairing and Link support for faster, smoother Quest connections. Thanks!
Hi Guys, I've recently bought an Oculus Quest 2 64 GB and currently trying to watch videos on my USB Stick via Big Screen and Pigasus VR Media Player on the headset. I've got an USB-C to USB 3.0 OTG adapter which I use to connect the USB stick to the headset. I've already formatted the filetype on my USB Stick to FAT32 as I'm aware that's the only USB filetype currently supported by Oculus Quest. When I connect the USB stick to the headset via the adapter, the headset recognizes that I've connected something as I hear a sound but then I'm unable to find the USB stick on any of the apps. I've tried following instructions on the Oculus support page which states that I should find 'Connect media' on Oculus Gallery but the app is no longer available on Quest 2. Are USB sticks supported on the Quest 2 or not? If yes, what are the instructions for accessing USB storage on the Quest 2? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated as one of the reasons I got the headset was to watch
Hello, I am a developer trying to use Unity on my Windows 11 laptop to develop VR apps for the Meta Quest 3. To run my project on the headset, I downloaded the Meta Quest Link app. When I open this app, it gives me a warning saying "Your system's graphics card is incompatible with the Rift system software" with a link to https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/headsets-and-accessories/oculus-rift-s/rift-s-minimum-requirements/#specs. When I try to connect to my headset using AirLink, I get a similar message. I went into Task Manager and found that GPU 0 is "Intel (R) UHD Graphics" and that GPU 1 is "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design", the latter of which I believe meets the minimum requirements (said to be "NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti" at that link). I went into the NVIDIA Control Panel and set "OculusClient.exe" to use GPU 1 and can verify that this app is using GPU 1 in the Task Manager (in the "GPU Engine" column). Why am I still experiencing this error? Please let me know if a
Subject: PCVR Apps Not Launching via Oculus Link – Quest 2 + RTX 4070 (Driver v32.0.15.7868)Message:Hi Meta Support,I'm experiencing an issue using Oculus Link with my Meta Quest 2. When I launch any PCVR game—either through the Oculus PC app or SteamVR—it briefly shows as "Launching," then returns me to the Oculus Link menu (not the Quest 2 home environment). The games never fully open.I'm using an RTX 4070 with the latest NVIDIA Game Ready Driver (v32.0.15.7868 as of 6/24/2025), and all drivers are fully up to date.I ran the Oculus driver repair both through the official Oculus website download and using Command Prompt with the following command:"C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-drivers\oculus-driver.exe" /repairDespite this, the issue persists across both Oculus and SteamVR titles. I suspect there may be a deeper runtime or compatibility issue at play. Please advise on any further steps or let me know if specific logs or diagnostics would help troubleshoot the issue.Thank
I have downloaded the Remote Desktop app but it still says I need to download it I have tried to delete it then reinstall it but nothing works
Hi. I've been having a problem for a while now (mainly after the recent frequent updates) with my right controller (I have a Quest Pro). It's taking a very long time to properly recognize and calibrate the controller's position (VR mode vs real). I have Boundary set to seated mode, because that's the only way I play, but the right controller (I usually use Link cable 99%) is on the floor in VR. Even though I have it in my hands at face level, I can move it, but it's still on the floor. Calibration takes a very long time, 4-5 minutes, and then the controller appears in the correct position (VR=real). Interestingly, I have absolutely no problem with the left controller; it's always where it should be in VR mode. I didn't have this problem before, but it started happening around the middle of this year.Any suggestions? What can I do? Thank you!
