Hello! My headset self updated itself to v71 earlier this week and I typically use my Meta Quest 3 to watch YouTube/Netflix while my spouse is asleep next to me. I use bluetooth headphones to isolate the noise to myself. After the firmware update I noticed when watching video content through any of my installed browsers, the video will just be a stationary picture. I noticed if I disconnect the bluetooth headphones, the picture will begin to move or work normally, then if reconnecting the bluetooth headphones, the video will start stuttering until it freezes.I've tried resetting the headset and I've also tried updating to v72 PTC and the same issue persists. Has anyone had a similar issue? Version 72.0.0.368.347.665705819Runtime: 72.0.0.368.346.665705565
My Oculus Go is no longer working properly. Let me explain:Everything seems to be functioning fine, the battery, charging, remote, and screen all work as expected. When I perform a reset, the Wi-Fi connection shows as excellent. The Oculus Go displays “Connected to Wi-Fi – Continue in the Oculus App.” However, when reaching the next step, the “Continue” button is greyed out, and the loading video spins endlessly, as shown in the photo below. I have no idea how to fix this.A factory reset has already been done.I’ve also tried exiting and rebooting the device, but the result is the same: the video won’t load, and the “Continue” button remains unavailable.Thank you for your help!

Is the passthrough on Meta Quest 3 clear enough to read documents or code on a computer monitor? I'd like to know from someone who has actually tried it.
Hello everyone,I would like to ask if anyone has been encountering issues after the last April update, around 24th April to be exact. I mainly use the headset with wired link to play VR sim racing. Before this update, I had absolutely no issue, shortly after the install, the VR connection is lost after about 15-30, after an intense session. Is there any fix for this? I saw that there is no way to roll back the driver... which is quite a shame. I was so excited after I bought it and set it up, only to have it crash now every half an hour.
Quest2 not working with black screen and not respsonding

Hi, I'm looking to get a Meta Quest headset and was wondering if you need the Meta Horizon App to activate your Quest or if there is a way I can activate it on a Windows PC. Thanks!
My left controller will plainly not turn on I've put a fully charged battery in and its not doing anything
After re-starting several times and installing the batteries, the problem persists.Once the quest is power on, when. I need select a profile icon to proceed, neither controller is working. There is no tracking at all. However, when I press and hold the power button to shut it off, a power menu shows up, including sleep/restart/power off options, I can see both controllers (100% battery). For that menu, I can use the controller to select any option.
I was trying to pair my headset to my computer using two different accounts but it said that I had to use the same account on the website and vr. But the one I wanted to use on my vr was my main account so I had to make a new one. Because I forgot my email to my Facebook account and I lost my phone a couple months ago. And that had all my info so if I could get help finding my email for my. Facebook that would be great and could you guys fix having to need the same account to pair my vr to my computer thanks, Logan
Hi there, I recently had this problem, no audio in the device (Quest 3) when connected to pc with Link cable and the Link software running.Simple fix for me: First enable Oculus virtual audio device as the sound output in windows, then open the Nahimic Companion app on your pc > settings > remove optimisations. This immediately fixed it for me, if you’re not using Nahimic audio then this probably won’t be much help. But if you are then I hope it helps.
Days ago was working properly, throw headphones or Oculus audio. When Oculus is running without link, bot are working properly, but when the link is running, nothing. The headset was auto updated some days ago, I think that's the problem starts since that. I tried al configurations, reinstall software's, etc...Thanks your help.
Hey guys, issue with the Quest 3S, trying to get it working for my PC VR setup and it's been a total nightmare since I got it.I have been trying to diagnose this issue all day. I got the Quest 3S on Black Friday, and it took me about 5 hours to get it connected via the official Meta Cable Link USB-C cable to my computer, which is when this issue began. I have NO idea what I ended up doing that worked, because it randomly interfaced and let me connect to my PC after restarting both it and my computer separately about 30 times. I was very happy, and I had minor issues for 2 days. Come today, I've had nothing but major issues.Essentially, what's going on, is that the computer & software never recognizes that the USB-C cable is plugged in. I have a B650 AORUS Elite AX V2 with the included 10G USB-C port on the back, which is where the Cable Link is plugged into. Funnily enough, the 3S charges and the orange LED turns on, but it doesn't give me the "USB connection" pop-up anymore and th
I have the oculus Meta quest and I got it from my grandpa and he’s already used it so I did a factory reset but the code that I need to pair my oculus to my app is not working.
I've just purchased the Quest 3 and I CAN NOT get it to pair with my PC over Air Link. It finds my PC, and I am on the same network as my PC but it just hangs and says it can not pair.-I've checked Windows Firewall and there is an exception for Oculus.-I've turned off the Link options in the headset and turned them back on again.-I've changed my network to Private and to Public.- I do not have a mesh network.-I've tried restarting my PC, my headset and my router multiple times.-I've deleted all Oculus files on my PC then reinstalled them.-I've seen advice to go into Windows Settings > System > Quest Link, but since I've never linked my Quest to Windows in the first place, that option isn't there.Nothing is working. This is incredibly frustrating. It seems like this has been happening to a lot of people for a long time. Why is something like connecting to the WIFI so difficult? Please advise. Many thanks.
We are aware of an issue affecting some users with Wi-Fi 7 routers/Access Points after the recent software release. Our team is working diligently to resolve this problem, and an updated software release with a fix will be available shortly. In the meantime, we recommend trying the following remediation options to help mitigate the issue: Option 1: Create a new network on the WiFi router with open security and connect to it Note: This option requires creating a new network without any security settings. Please be cautious when using this option, as it may compromise your network's security. Steps: Create a new open network on the Wi-Fi router Go to Wireless setting of your router -Follow your router's user guide for specific instructions Create a new network, provide the network name Keep the security open (in security selection options - choose open or none) Connect any other device like mobile to this new network and see if you can get internet access. This step will validate the a

After updating to version 79, my quest isnt showing up in Windows after clicking the connection prompt. So Im not able to transfer data via USB cable.
Hello, I cannot connect my headset to the phone app, I can connect it to the Bluetooth in both my phone parameters, and headset but as soon as I enter the app it disconnects and I cannot connect back without forgetting the devices.I have to say I am deeply disastified with all of this, I shouldn't have to go through my phone to use my headset. This is simply unacceptable and bothersome.
I have an account from my Rift S and got a Quest 3. I set up the Quest 3 with my existing email but I cannot access my purchased apps. I say your site saying "Please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately " but I cannot find any send message link on that page.I am not sure that this will be private so can you provide a link to the send message page or, better yet, a phone number for support. Thanks,

Everything was OK until two days ago. I was able to use air link and my headset without any problem. But suddenly air link was crashed and after that Meta Quest Link software in my PC did not work. First, I tried to restart my PC and headset, but nothing changed. Then I decided to repair the app. The app was completely removed and the download started from scratch. But the download stops when it reaches 2.14 GB. I tried many times but no success. I disabled antivirus apps, deleted all the files related Oculus, restarted modem... But nothing changed, every time it stops at 2.14 GB and says check connection. I have internet connection.Below you can see my setup log.
