oculus quest2 Connected but Limmited connection,

Quest2 does not work, it connected to the network  but it says it has limmited conection, what  do i do? i will return the device, because i am fed up with oculus  setups!

    So I figured out how to fix without loading other software. If you have tried to reboot your meta quest 2 and also your router here is how I fixed ours. I was using the meta quest 2 and was connected to my wifi with limited connection and then opened the browser. When the browser opens it show my time and date are not correct and allowed me to hit settings to correct it. As soon as I did all functions returned as normal, hope this helps

    I encountered this because my headset had been off for a few months, the time had gotten out of sync (it thought it was June 2025) and it wasn’t set to update automatically, so the router rejected the connection (I think). Opening the browser didn’t help, but changing the time in settings to update automatically did. After that the connection worked without saying “limited connection” and it was back to normal.

    Correcting the time solved the issue for me. I did it under general>time>set time automatically.
