problem with login

Hello, I'm having trouble logging into the Meta Quest app on my PC. It keeps saying the email or password is incorrect, even though the same credentials work fine on the web and on my phone. I've reset the password three times, created a new account to test, and reinstalled the app five times, but the issue keeps happening. I was able to connect my headset to my PC through Air Link, but it still asks me to log in through the Meta Horizon Link application and won't accept my credentials there either. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this?

Maybe you just use the wrong log in button?

Like the user in the thread below, they used the "log in with Oculus account" button instead of the big blue log in button.

If you did everything correct, but it still doesn't work, try setting a different browser as your default one and see if that helps.

If you still can't log in, contact Meta support. The direct link I usually provide no longer works.

Go HERE then

click on order and returns,

type something in the box - can't connect or whatever 

wait for the AI reply

scroll down and click "no, connect to support"

choose Meta Quest and then - finally - you get the option to contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp.🙃
