Problem with pairing my metaquest

One day my metaquest was stuck in the startup cycle and I tried everything to fix it and nothing worked so I had to factory reset it, after factory resetting it it dident remove the device from my metaquest app and I cant remove the device from the app either, also when I press add new device it does nothing so im stuck here not being able to play anything.

    It's a common issue.... use another phone or tablet for the setup.

      Same here, it's so frustrating, why can we not just remove the old set up of the same device, to add insult to injury, when i leave the app on my phone, it pops up and says Set Up, then I click that and it takes me to the app but doesn't give me the option to put the code in...

      SaintJimmy7​  just use another phone or tablet for the setup.
