Meta Quest Pairing Issue
Anybody else having this issue where the headset shows as paired in the Meta Horizon app after a factory reset, but it’s NOT paired on the website at all?
I’ve tried a lot of things and still couldn’t fix it. I reached out to support, but their solution was just to factory reset the headset again—which I’ve already done multiple times.
I made sure to connect to a stronger Wi-Fi network, followed the factory reset process correctly, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the Meta Horizon app. Now I’m stuck on the pairing screen on the headset.

Use another phone (maybe borrow one for a few minutes) or use a tablet to pair the Quest.
This worked for other users.
