Quest 3.Cant connect using usb-c link

Hi

Since two days ago I can't connect to my desktop using meta link usb-c. I can connect via wifi. And when I plug the usb-c cable I can surf the quest system file from the pc so I guess the cable is OK and the quest usb-c port is ok.  But I have tried with different cables and other computers with the same result. I have done a factory reset in the quest 3 and same result. So, if i can see the the meta quest 3 files from the pc I guess there is no problem in the computers, cable or quest 3.  Then what happens?

        Don't know why they didn't just say it here, but turning on the beta branch (partly) fixes it. No audio, though.

        Because such solutions work temporarily. It will stop working soon again. They have no solution because it's a scam product.

        Scratch that. Went out of the beta, repaired, went back into the beta and restarted, now it works fine. Others might have to repeat this process.

          After a lot of actions, I finally put PTC ON, I don’t know if it’s the reason why, but usb link works one more time 🙏

          I'm having the same problem and I have the original cable. After my app complete the update to the 79v today.

          Mine no longer work, will not connect to PC with PCVR. (error, will not connect PCVR) I hope it is the cable (6 months old the Quest3 and Cable). I used the warranty with Meta support, and they are sending me a new link cable. The last Update and drivers seemed to have happened the same time my connection went bad. Asus Z790 Motherboard. Asus 5070 ti oc video card. The cable did feel like a sloppy fit into the USB-C port on the motherboard, but solid on the headset.

          Asus Strix Z790-H, Intel 13900 CPU. Nivida RTX 5070-TI OC video. 64 GB Ram.  5TB SSD memory. Oculus Rift S.
