Trouble using link

I am having trouble connecting my headset with link. I set up my headset a while ago and it was fine. Today I tried to get it going again but nothing seems to work. I start the link app on windows and select link using cable, then I connect my headset but it's stuck for ever on this start screen. I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting windows, restarting headset, connecting different USB ports. Nothing seems to work. Can't seem to get anywhere. I have a quest 2 and 3 and I get the same problem with both. What can I do? Thanks.

Is this a known bug? Where should I report this?

    Yes it is... since years.ðŸĪŠ

I can reach the continue button, if I just put my task bar on the left or right side instead of the bottom of the screen.

You can find other tips in the link below

    Hi paulcool88 🙂

Maybe try the solution below, it worked for some people.

Check your Links setting in Oculus Debug Tool. Updates to the Link software can cause the settings to change or get reset to default. This can cause Link to misbehave until you set the settings back to ones that work nicely on your system.

I've just discovered a problem with the link install program. When I run it I get a window offering me to link with USB cable or wifi. I was selecting USB and nothing was happening. I have just discovered that there were some buttons lower down off the bottom of the screen that seem to be used to continue the install. Unfortunately I only notice these as I can just see a blue line at the bottom of the screen. I can't resize this window to make the buttons visible. My screen size is 2560x1440 so seems like it should be big enough. Is this a known bug? Where should I report this?

In that link its says if you are using larger fonts this can happen. My font scale was set to 225%, setting it to 100% fixes the problem. Can't leave it like that though, makes the text too hard to read. That thread was 7 months ago so seems quite bad that they still haven't fixed that bug. I guess it will mainly affect people with bad eyesight and there aren't enough of them to pester them to fix it,
