i did not claim to be able to print OLED on a 3d printer.. you print it on an inkjet printer onto glass substrate.. this is why i know 350$ is making profit, not bare minimum fee.

it is bad practice to lie to people.. it is worse practice to let them.

Either a troll or a kid.

    350$ is making profit? Wow..

I will not insult you, because you are most probably a kid and don't have much experience in life. I'd say, use that energy to train one skill and be good at it, that's what I am teaching my own kid to do; because myself, I am guilty of having unrealistic goals..

next= sort ebay by cheapest.. it may take a few days but you should be able to see things as they cost instead of as they cost once they have been resold. i practice what i preach and hope your child gets the training they deserve.

Well if you pull this off, and by that I mean printing a 1080p 5.5" functional OLED display, I'll personally send you 500$ on paypal.
Heck, you should start your own kickstarter.

Btw, you don't understand that the price of 'things' is not just the material that makes the thing, it's also the engineering, production, marketing, shipping, handling, packaging..

Think about the knowledge required to make the simplest chips in your phone, the know-how is decades of learning..

Out of curiosity, what is your age?

once again: THE KIT WOULD OBVIOUSLY COME WITH THE NON-PRINTABLE ITEMS.. what would be the point in calling it a 3d print kit if it was only a schematic? it would be called a 3d print schematic. and there is already one on thingiverse.

3d printing just the plastic parts is counter productive, it'd be just a nightmare for oculus to sort out user mistake, question, support, ship different things to different people etc...

They want to progress from developer to consumer, why would they ship out kits now?
They want this to be EASY for the user, for them it would be stupid to just ship out kits right now.

Sorry, but you have unrealistic expectations and I know that nothing will get you off this track, so I'm out of this thread.

the 3d print schematic is a side request..

i'm doing this for all of us.. paying them an obviously flawed item is not going to train them correctly. .. what is wrong with ipads having an sd card? nothing.., but people keep buying them as is..

thanks for getting off my threads until you're ready.

Well trying to insult them is not going to get you any favors.
