Controller Detection & Meta UI Buttons Not Working

I work for a company that deals with meta quest XR applications and have had reoccurring issues on multiple different headsets regarding controller and UI not working as intended.

Controllers will often not be detected until I remove and reinsert the battery. This will happen numerous times during a day during development.

Furthermore I've found that UI elements such as the unknown sources button on the new UI interface do not work and require a headset restart to function.

These issues have reoccurred for weeks and are costing my company and our clients time and resources.
