Critical Bug: Infinite Registration Loop and Verification Failure on Meta for Developers

I’m experiencing the same issue. I completed the Meta for Developers registration, including phone/email verification and the “About you” step, but the process keeps returning me to the registration/verification screen instead of completing. I have tried clearing cookies, restarting the browser, and using a different browser. I also experienced the same issue with another Facebook account. Could you please confirm if this is a known registration issue and advise how I can complete my developer registration?

I need a solution to the issue I've been facing for the past week while trying to create a developer account. I expect assistance with this matter promptly.

Same issue here, reproduced on Sept 5 and Sept 6, 2026 (KST), on a long-standing personal Facebook account with a verified phone number. Flow: Register > Contact info > email code (the code arrives, and the exact same code is re-sent every time) > About you > pick a role > Complete registration > it bounces straight back to the role selection page. Tried normal Chrome and an incognito window on different days. When clicking Complete registration the page sends no network request at all. Graph API Explorer still says I am not registered as a developer. Please escalate or register the account manually. Thank you.

Same issue here, still broken as of 7 September. Complete Registration sends me back to the email verification step every time and clears Contact info — the code is accepted, only the final submit fails. Seven-plus attempts across Safari, Chrome and mobile.

One thing that might be the cause: the confirmation code emailed to me has been identical on every request across five days — never rotated. Looks like the email confirmation record is stuck server-side. Is anyone else seeing the same code repeat?

No escalation path exists — bug reporting needs a developer account, which is what's failing. This is blocking App Promotion campaigns entirely.

Same issue here, I've done the card, the phone verification and all other fixes here and nothing has worked. Got the bug on 4th and today which is the 7th I keep getting the same error on all my devices

Same issue here. Registration loops back to the "About you" step and a new email confirmation code is sent every time, so the developer account is never created. Country: Kazakhstan, Windows 11, Chrome on desktop. Adding a data point that this is not account-specific. I have opened a separate thread with full steps to reproduce.
