After the debacle of the last week I have been able to finally connect by Meta AI app into Strava and Garmin. I've downloaded the Garmin IQ app and installed the fields to my Fenix 8 although I can't see its made any difference to the watch. When I start an activity I cannot see any reference on the glasses. I thought it would start automatically. I've also tried to listen to music on the watch via the glasses and cannot seem to get a bluetooth connection to the watch. I have tried with the glasses in their box and by holding the capture button but it still doesn't appear to find them.

I have the Skyler Ai glasses… it appears I can connect my google calendar but do not see the option in the Meta App.I do not see calendar at all in apps. I see music and what's app, even health app but not the calendar. Please help

I would like to know if there is any way to turn blietooth off. Sometimes I want to wear them and take pictures and videos without connecting to my phone because I have my phone connected to a bluetooth speaker. For instance, I want to wear them when I'm playing golf to take pictures and video, but I don't want my glasses to connect to my phone because I am playing music on a separate bluetooth speaker and I don't need to listen to music on my glasses. Or I might want to wear them when I'm driving to use them as regular sun glasses without them hooking up to my phone for music because I am already listening to music on my car syereo

I can't link Strava or Garmin to my glasses and the Meta app. Other apps like music work perfectly, but with Strava and Garmin, as soon as I authorize them, I get stuck on a blank page and nothing works anymore... it's frustrating. Thanks for your help :)

I tried anything and everything. Updated all apps, I have a compatible Fenix 8 watch, updated my phone, all apps, the watch itself, restarted all apps, restarted all devices, re-set and re paired all devices… did everything everyone is suggesting… still getting a white screen when trying to allow Meta AI to connect to Garmin Connect. Please help, urgently! Much appreciated!

My Meta Rayban glasses won’t connect to my Amazon Music account. Other apps (e.g. Apple Music) connect ok.i go through the process on the Meta AI app and get to the final stage, before it fails to connect. When I try to connect I get “Continue as Roger”. When I press this (no other option) I just get a blank white screen which remains as such until I close the app (even after 20 mins +).Any advice as to why, please?

My gen1s started malfunctioning, I got gen2s in an exchange. I set it up on the same phone I had my gen1s on, and now I can’t use any celebrity voices.I tried setting the glasses up on another phone and it shows em but when I reconnected to my phone it’s unavailable again.  Is this just a me thing? What is happening lolHelp please I hate the three voices it leaves me with. 

I can't add the quest 3 to the list of devices after resetting it to factory settings. The quest 3 displays an 8-digit code to add the device. When I go to https://work.meta.com/ to register, I get an error saying "account not found"

Suggestion pour apps : serait-il possible un jour d’avoir l’application Calendrier compatible avec lunettes Meta afin de pouvoir librement prendre, consulter, modifier des rendez-vous ?Etant commercial itinérant ce serait un confort, une rapidité et une sécurité d’être concentré sur la circulation routière tout en consultant cette application. My meta glasses are brand new and never used. I’m unable to pair them (no pulsing blue light from case) I’m unable to factory reset the glasses. When I try it blinks red a couple of times then just turns off. No solution in sight. I’ve kept them in the charger for more than a day but still nothing. Any suggestions?

How to connect hearing aids to my Meta glasses. I just talked with Phonak 8** and they told me that I should be able to connect my Meta glasses to my iPhone and then connect my hearing aids to the iPhone, but I can't figure how to do this. Hi Hopefully someone can assist me, whenever I receive a call the option goes straight to my phone and when I try to select the RB Meta option to connect, it goes right back to my phone option, I have reset the Meta glasses and my phone, disconnect and turn back on the bluetooth options,  my wifi is connected but it still wont let me select the connection to my Meta to answer and speak to the caller, can someone please assist me is there another connection i need to activate?                                                                                                                                                  &nbs

I’ve had my Meta Raybans for a couple of years, got a new phone a few weeks ago and had problems with the meta app so I deleted and reinstalled it.  It’s not showing my glasses and when I try to add them it says they’re already registered with another account.  I only have Facebook and Instagram accounts and two email addresses but my glasses aren’t registered on any of these and I’m getting nowhere with account resets.  I’ve got loads of photos I don’t want to lose so don’t want to do a factory reset.  Any suggestions?

Hi, Wenn ich in der Meta AI App mein Telefon verbinden möchte ist dies nicht möglich. Es kommt immer der Fehler Kontakte können nicht synchronisiert werden. Ich habe die RayBan Meta Gen 1 und ein Samsung Galaxy Z Flip . Gibt es hierzu eine Lösung ? Auch kann ich keine Bilder per Whats App mit der Sprachsteuerung versenden. Sprach Einstellung deutsch. besten Dank für Eure Tipps 

I have the meta Oakley vanguards and I thought they were supposed to be able to send pictures via voice command but every time I tell them to take a picture and send it to ___ it just tells me it can’t do that on my glasses. I’ve tried hard resetting, disconnecting apps and reconnecting, nothing changes. I need help to get this to work.

When I got the Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses last week I was able to send a photo by voice from the glasses. Now a week later it tells me the glasses can't do that.  I tried doing a factory reset, unpairing, turning off auto updates, unpairing and it's still not working anymore.  All Bluetooth permissions are on. Anyone else have this problem or fix?

Although it says meta AI as been opened to South Africa, trying to use the Live AI feature on your raybans gets met with nothing short of the is not available in your region.  Could we get this sorted out so we can have full function of our devices. 

Hi guys!First off, I love the Meta Raybans! I bought it for my mum who is blind, and it's been so amazing for her in so many ways (Whatsapp integration, calls, listening to youtube etc).However, something that disappointed me was finding out that Live Ai functionality isn't yet available in my country (Singapore). It was actually the main reason why I bought it, as it would give her so much more independence in her day to day life. Would love an answer (ideally from the Meta Team) if anyone knows what's the progress of rolling out Live Ai to Singapore. It's been almost a year since we bought it, and we are considering buying more pairs once this is addressed. Thank you :)

I am in Peru and I am being told that the glasses are not supported in the regionI travelled to Spain and reset the phone, the app and tells me the same message not supported. Only works in the US??

Hi. I have bought my Oakley Meta Vanguard last month in the UK and set it up there. I am now in the Philippines and it was working fine for about a week. Then i got a notification that my region has changed and i can no longer see that my Garmin is connected to the Meta AI App. When i set it up again, i can no longer see the prompts to let me pair my Garmin. Anybody know a fix?

Received my second Meta Ray-Ban Display today, but it seems I can pair only one device on my Android phone.When I try to pair the second Meta Rayban Display, I get a “Device limit reached” message and it tells me to unpair another device.I cna pair multiple non-display Meta Ray-Bans, but it looks like Display versions are limited to just one.This needs improvement — one device is not enough!
