I'm playing Asgards wrath 2 . my game keeps showing a way point but there's no way to go . My game has been glitching since I got to this mission " Son Of Ennead " the mission is to reach the upper floor of the island . I got the sun disks and the boss . But it won't let me talk to none . It just keeps tryna tell to go back to the same place . I need help.

Hi Guys,i am using the Meta Link feature. For a event scenario i am searching for providing Audio to the Meta Quest3 User via Meta Link and the same Audio to the other visitors. So everybody can follow the experience.In windows i can only choose one output device. I like to provide audio also to the speakers of the workstation not only to the meta link stream.Is it possible ?Best,Philipp

Seems to be a common issue. I've tried a lot of the fixes I've found on the forum but nothing has worked. What do I do?

I've had so many issues with the quest 2 it's crazy. My left controller would only flash fast and not connect so I bought a new one. A day later the headset had purple and pink lines in it until it went black. Couldn't get it straight afer hours on  chat with Meta. So I bought another one 2 days ago. The left controller quit on it and now it's got the pink and purple lines and went black. So I have 2 useless games and a bunch more money in it for nothing. I hope someone knows how to fix them.  I can't see anything on the screens to do anything.  Meta better fix it or I'm done with it! I was boxing both times when they quit.

A few days ago my microphone quit working in POPULATION:ONE.  Tried all settings in POP:ONE and in the Quest II headset.  Everything seems to be set up properly, but does not work.  Even Pop:One asks if OK to use the microphone etc and I say "Yes".  I hate to factory reset the headset and lose many settings / apps.Any suggestions/ideas?

title says it all, the headset has been out for 3 years and yet tracking loss is still persistent on quest pro, despite being in a well lit environment the controllers will all of a sudden loose their positioning and tracking, they don't work unless you put them back on the base station or reset the headset. I have tried everything to troubleshoot these controllers, I want to love the headset but the controller tracking is awful. It baffles my mind that Meta shipped out a "pro" headset with worse controller tracking than their Quest 2.  It is extremely frustrating, Meta knows we are suckers for buying this headset and they seem dead-set on never addressing this issue.There have been multiple reddit threads, and threads on this very forum (that have now been seemingly scrubbed)  discussing this This headset feels like a 1500$ paper weight, I really don't understand how the controller tracking is so terrible for so many. Who do they plan to sell a Quest Pro 2 to?

Is anyone else having trouble with seamless multitasking? I used to be able to play vegas infinite and watch Netflix but now every time I try, Netflix pauses when I try to press A.

Hi,When i start the device it goes to an update, after it is done, it restarts and you see the logo of meta but then it becomes gray. I did all the resets (with charging, without etc. Also did the update tool, after the update tool the update still comes. Also the factory resets do not help (both the one in the quest and through the phone). What more can i do?  The quest 3 is just 8 months old..Can anyone help me?

If you put your VR headset (meta quest 3 works best) on a hard floor, and charge it, theres a chance it might go into recovery mode because of the floor touching the buttons, I do not know if this is the cause, but it could be. It only happens sometimes not all the time for me.

I recently purchased the meta quest 3 to use in my office, while trying to get the link app setup I keep running into an error message after about on 8th of the loading bar for the installation after the download period, the Error message says "Restart Computer.   sorry, we encountered an error during installation.  Please restart your computer and try running link setup again, if you still experience issues, contact quest support. we have checked over logs, we have removed all antivirus, and restrictions even as far as trying it in safe mode with network, and we get the same answer.  can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or missing? my computer specs are windows 11 version 24H2 latest update32 gig ramIntel R Ultra 9 285 2.5 GHzNvidia GeForce RTX 5070 latest drivers

As the title says, the new navigator ui on v77 only works for my other user on my quest and not my main. I've already restarted the headset many times, yet it still doesn't show. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it!

Hi Everyone.Since about two months ago the test users that my company uses to deliver apps to our customers cannot be used to make casting to a pc, because for that logging into horizon.meta.com is required, and that capability aparently have been removed for test users.In comparison, when a normal user (not a test user) is used the logging to horizon.meta.com, and therefore the casting to a pc, can be achieved without problem.The situation has been reported to Meta and their response is that this behaviour is due to the country from which the request is made (Colombia). I have the 3 and the 3s Xbox edition. I have to send the controllers in for warranty replacement and wanted to use the Xbox edition touch controllers on my quest 3. I have found they will not pair. On the 3s you see that they are Xbox editions but there is no selection on the 3. Anyone else confirm?

Could you please make emojis have sound? Within a few seconds of opening a message that has an emoji, depending on what emoji, it makes a sound for that emoji. For example, 😳 “whoa”, 😢 “sniff”, 😉 “clicking sound”, 😬 “sucking air through clenched teeth, 🤮 (the sound is obvious on this one), and so on.  I think most emojis would have a sound. Now every time you get an emoji good luck not hearing a sound in your head. I think this is an awesome idea and I think people would use this often.

Hello. I am having trouble accessing my Meta Quest account. Two-factor authentication is enabled on the account and it is linked to my old phone, which I no longer have access to. Because of this, I cannot log into my account on my computer and cannot manage the account settings. However, I still have access to the account on my Meta Quest headset and through Meta Quest Link on my PC where I am logged in, but I am unable to disable two-factor authentication since it still requires confirmation through my old phone. I also cannot find any way to contact real Meta support, as the website only shows help articles and the "Contact Support" button does not appear anywhere. I am asking for advice. Is there any way to disable two-factor authentication if I only have access through the headset and Quest Link? How can I contact actual Meta support in this situation? I bought a quest 3s for prime day for the gorilla tag cardboard hero bundle but I didn’t get a link or email or a promotion or a notification I need help to fix this 

I just purchased a Meta Quest 3 and the link cable. While playing Skyrim VR an ad appeared at the bottom of the display for some other game that was 20% off. I was shocked!Is this the norm for Meta/Q3? Can it be disabled?I did not spend $600 plus to see ads in the middle of my game. If this is how Meta operates then the Q3 and cable are going back to Amazon.  

I'll try to be brief.I recently had issues with my Quest 2 headset that I arranged with Meta to have replaced. We had extreme issues with the shipping process in the very beginning but somehow managed to work through that. Once Meta had received my headset and I had been made aware, I was told that there was a 3-5 day turn around for processing before it was shipped out. After 7 business days I had still heard nothing, so I reached out to Meta Live Chat who informed me that while yes, it had been received, nothing had been done with it so far and they weren't sure why. They couldn't give me any more than this. They opened an investigation which they assured me would take 3-5 working days to complete and I would be updated with what was happening. During that waiting period, I received emails from Meta saying that my case was their top priority etc (at ridiculous hours of the night over the weekend) but still no actual updates were given. I responded to the most recent email asking for

Me and my buddy were already mutually following each other and have played games and called using meta before, however today when we attempted to start a call it wouldn’t work. Neither would messaging. So we unfollowed each other to refollow and now the follow option won’t show up. Any solutions?

Hello! I just recently tried to find Echo #11. I tore down the statue in the way required to collect Echo #11, and there's a tunnel that's supposed to spawn that leads you to that Echo. However, the tunnel didn't spawn. I've restarted my headset, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried from a different save point, and I even beat the main quest line, so I know I've finished the quest that you need to do in order to find Echo #11. I even did the full quest again as a replay to try to find it, and it still didn't spawn. What else can I try to fix this, or is this just a bug?
