Hi, I just bought the brand new Oakley Vanguard Meta and wanted to ask you guys, for everyday use, i.e. 60-90 minute runs and 2 to 4 hours bike rides, which I then post on Instagram and Facebook as stories or reels, which resolution did you choose? Do you prefer Hyperlapse or auto-capture footage?I have already connected Strava and Garmin to my glasses. Is it easy to post training statistics on social media?Thanks everyone

Hello. New on this forum.Anyone who has similar problem: says on Meta Ai app that Spotify is connected, Bluetooth connection is good BUT the music doesnt play on the glasses just on the phone. Any solution?

I have been trying to transfer ownership of my RayBan Stories to a friend. We have unpaired, factory reset and whatever we can find online to do. She is able to get them set up on the app but then it tells her that the glasses are still assigned to another owner, me. What are we missing? We can't find any customer service to help so, if you have any suggestions, please help!

I'm getting a really annoying bug where, if I make a WhatsApp call from the visual interface on my glasses, the microphone won't activate until I unlock my phone. This doesn't happen with normal phone calls though. Anyone else have this or similar WhatsApp issues?  For reference, I'm using a OnePlus Open with Android 15.

Hi! I live in Spain, both Headliner Gen2 and HSTN were bought in Spain and they worked perfectly with Meta AI until yesterday and suddenly I got a notification saying that Meta AI is not available in my region. I tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing but nothing. Even with a fresh reinstall the Meta AI just before login in says that Meta AI is not available in my region? Any ideas? Thanks 

I took a picture in the night and I have got the feeling that the nightmode is getting better.The picturesound also took a little longer. I think that the exposure time is increased at low lighting conditions. And when I'm not fidging around but holding still the nighttime pictures are getting pretty good.Can someone confirm?

I meta rayban wayfarer glasses not turn on there is no light shows even the last time charger 100% before it completely off,  I put on the case full night for charge but glasses not turn on, even though try to rest case but no lock please support how to fix this.

Hello, I just purchased the gen 2 Ray bans and when recording videos longer than a minute, the audio gets out of sync with the video. The longer you record the more it goes out of sync. if done all the resets and deleted everything and still problems. I even tried on another pair and had the same issues. Anyone else experiencing this?  It’s very frustrating and don’t know if it’s software or hardware. 

AFAIK the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses currently do not support a persistent "always-on" display mode. This limits use cases like teleprompter, where continuous screen visibility is critical.It would be the best if Meta can address this functionality gap in future updates or product iterations! Many competitors have already implemented this feature.

Is there anyone out there able to receive IOS iMessages or Text messages on Display Glass or able to announce or read out capabilities?

I owned a pair of Ray-ban Meta AI gen 1 before, I travelled to Asia for a couple weeks. When I'm back the Meta AI not working no more. Recently, I just got Gen 2, I tested and same issues happens to me. I asked one of my friend add a device under their accounts instead to see if it works and it did. Need some help troubleshooting because I keep getting same message when I'm trying to use Meta AI, it will said the feature is not available in my region even tho I'm currently in US.

Hey everyone,I’ve had my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses for about three weeks now. During the first two weeks, my videos were definitely in HDR, I could even see the “HDR” tag in the video info on my phone after recording. But for the past few days, that tag no longer appears, and the videos look flatter and less dynamic.The recordings are still 1080p 60fps, so performance is fine, but the HDR part seems to have completely disappeared.Has anyone else noticed this recently? Could it be related to a firmware or app update? Or did Meta just remove HDR recording for Gen 1 users ? 

I have my Oakley Meta HSTN since yesterday.I get crazy.First i made all installations from Meta AI app download , connect wlan , connect to the Meta google etc. First day yesterday worked generelly fine.Now today i have this problem:it is loading in the case / etui then says 100% full loaded , i do the glas out and as soon i have it fit on my face, it is disconnected.Then i go it back in the etui it says suddenly only 4 or 10% charge power, after 1 min suddenly again 100% i do it out and the same **bleep** begans again.Any idea what can be the problem?i installed meta app again, i dissconnected the glasses again and connect again and so onnothing helps any ideas?

I thought they were supposed to be some type of haptic feedback on the neural band I’m not receiving anything. Am I the only one or am I missing a setting?

It would be nice if the rayban could better film im the evening also with the option landscape or portrait Switch. Now its not useable at evening on rollercoaster

Hello,My Ray-Ban Meta glasses' speakers are not working properly. Now I can't listen to music, or give voice commands.I restarted my phone and glasses. Unpaired the glasses from my phone's Bluetooth list and reconnected them. I did multiple forced restarts on the glasses. I did a factory reset on both the glasses and the case. I deleted and re-installed the Meta AI app on my phone. Both the glasses and my case are 100% fully charged. There is no debris on the speakers.Nothing seems to work. In fact, things got even worse because now my phone doesn't pick up when I am wearing the glasses, and the indicator only turns red anymore when I do the forced reboot. I also had a terrible time reconnecting the glasses to my phone.The case shows an orange light when I put the glasses back in. I have only had these glasses for 2 weeks, please provide a solution.Wouter

I’ve read the instructions for using the meta ai to stream Apple Music and specifically tried using the command stated, “Hey Meta, play (Artist/Song/Album/Playlist)” and named my playlist on Apple Music and used the name of it and it will only start playing my customized radio station. Anybody know how to specifically play from playlists or how to play a song and have autoplay keep going?

When I try and set up my Meta Oakley Vanguard glasses it lists all the wifi routers in the neighborhood except mine! Can you add it manually? 

Hello, can i plz know if meta AI is officially working in kuwait or no? Since its not responding in the glasses (feature not available in region) while in whatsapp business for example meta ai seems to work. So if someone knows the answer and when is it planned to work if not…thx 

Got my new metas last week, software issues, won't pick up wifi, have to connect manually on initial set up, then when the glasses go back in the case overnight the WiFi drops off and the app cannot pick up the wifi again. The only thing that fixes it is uninstalling and reinstalling the app every day. I also have the meta Raybans and they are connecting with no issues at all so it has to be a software issue in the vanguards? Awaiting a response from Oakley customer services on a replacement. I have tried all the troubleshooting , I spent over an hour on chat with meta following all the instructions with no resolution. They told me to contact oakley for replacement glasses. Awaiting outcome from Oakley. I have also taken the glasses to a friend's for the weekend to see if its my home wifi thats the issues but the exact same thing happens at her house when the glasses go in the cast for a prolonged period, whatever happens in the case the glasses will not import media or connect to any
