I received glasses as a gift at an event, connected them to my device using my Meta account, and have since gotten a new phone and my account disconnected. In the meantime, my glasses have stopped working -- they show charged but then nothing holds a charge. I'm looking for tech support as it's been less than a year, and I think they are still under warranty. When I put my serial number in the system, it's not recognized. I'm just looking for someone from support to help me out, but without a serial number that works(?) or a proof of purchase, I can't get any. 

I set up a new pair of Ray Ban Glasses v2 and got Meta sofware v18 installed on them. Now I am not able to use features like "Tell me, what I see". Camera is working, but to use additional features the software refers to a new voice commando and says, I have to activate a feature called "camera usage" (Kameraverwendung in German) in the Meta AI settings.Problem: This option is not available in the settings. It seems, the software refers to a new settings structure, hat hasn't been implemented yet (at least not in the German version).Any ideas?

I have just noticed that the glasses (Rayban Generation 1) are able to record slow motion and time lapse videos. Just say "Okay Meta, please start a hyper-lapse video."or"Okay Meta, please start slow motion recording."  Really amazing again;)

Hi all, Id like to know how I can set up META AI so I can access media by logging onto META AI on my laptop.Id like to be able to take a photo or video using my META glasses, open META AI on my laptop and access my gallery.

My app or glasses does not have Meta AI feature for my GEN 2 glasses. When I login with my husband‘s account, the matter AI app has the metal AI feature as well as the glasses, however when I log back in as myself, the matter AI features on the app are gone. The glasses AI feature no longer working. I kept getting a message says that the feature is not available in my region.I checked my phone, my location is shared with Meta AI and the phone setting is In the USA as well.  I also checked Facebook setting, I cannot find any place I can verify if my region is set in the USA.  Anyone has similar situation?  

So, I am a member of the early access program, I live in Texas, USA. I used to have Live AI on my Meta Ray-ban Gen 1.  About June its no longer on my glasses. Like I try and activate it and AI tells me its not on my glasses. I have reset, unpaired, actually replaced my glasses TWICE(due to breaking them and also having a pair that would not power on) and still no LIVE AI. WTH Meta!!! I am on firmware 19.1   Please help. I have posted several times on Reddit but no solutions yet.  Only thing I have heard is not all features are rolled out. But I mean come on! we are at version 19.1 now, didn't Live AI come out of early access with like version 18? 

When I ask Meta Ai to translate text from page to English, the voice translation is different from what is displayed in the translated page... like completely different.   The voice translation is more accurate but the text translation is a sloppy mess.  Why can't the text translation be from the voice translation?

Gen 1 Meta Ray-Bans on Android (OnePlus Open)Recently, I've been getting some wrong battery readings on my glasses. I'll charge them up and put them on, then shortly after, I'll try a "look and" or "hey meta take a video" and I'll get "Low battery. Charge your glasses and try again." But when I ask how much battery, it will always say 100% (even after wearing them for a few hours with photos, videos, and music.) The app will also show 100%.It's weird as I'm only getting this with this pair of wayfarers. I have a pair of limited edition wayfarers that work perfectly in this regard, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well. I have factory reset and unpair/re-paired the problematic pair multiple times to no avail. 

Since Switzerland is a wealthy country I think Meta would have success if the app „meta viewer“ would be available in both App Stores (google play, Apple App Store). It is already available in  United States, Canada, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Spain, Belgium, France, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark.Please add Switzerland as well.

When are AI Features going to be avaliable in Colombia? Regional restrictions should be stated in BOLD letters in all your retailers.  To warn people about this issue.   

When you ask the glasses to read a document or any text, META AI summarizes it and describes its surroundings. My suggestion is that when Meta AI hears a reading prompt, it should read everything it can, and provide tips for adjusting the document to improve focus instead of describing everything in front of the glasses.META AI should describe everything around it only when prompted to describe what it is currently seeing. With these improved adjustments, the glasses will become much more useful for blind people.

Say hey Meta “camera” to bring up the camera view same with “video” or “captions” “zoom in” “zoom out” etc.while the neural band is ok, voice direction is sometimes faster and easier at least it should be optional??  

I get the following notification 5 or 6 times an hour when listening to podcasts on my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses: "Discover music on your glasses. Connect Music apps to your glasses and use your voice to find and play ..."Amazon Music is connected to my glasses. I listen to podcasts on a different Android app. The problem only appeared in the last few weeks. Firmware on my glasses is current.Thanks in advance, Evan

Hello everyone, I have the rayban meta wayfarer and they are good, I’d just like to know if anyone has information about when all the functionalities will be enabled in Colombia. Any information is helpful. 

I am in the US and have the Meta Ray-Ban AI glasses. I would like to have the Garmin integration that is advertised for the Meta Oakley Vanguard glasses. I tried to download the Meta AI app in the Garmin Connect IQ store and it said the app was not compatible with my Garmin watch model. The Garmin watches that are compatible with the Meta AI app were recently investigated and published by https://www.techradar.com/health-fitness/smartwatches/only-some-garmin-watches-are-compatible-with-the-oakley-meta-vanguard-smart-glasses-heres-the-full-listIf I buy one of these new Garmin watches, will I be able to use the Meta AI Garmin features on my Display glasses? 

Though I have updated to 19.1 version, I am yet to configure google calendar to Meta AI in India. This service was already a part of update version 18.1. Is the calendar integration service, region specific or launched globally?

Had my Meta displays for a week all of a sudden there is no light on my band at all , have tried charging it changed charging blocks, held the side button etc. etc. will not light up  any ideas but it seems like this one is shot

I’ve use the meta raybans for over 6 months. After the second last update it removed all my chat history with meta ai. Now it doesn’t save anything at all. It also told me that it can’t use context, not even in the same discussion and it checks out. If I ask ”what’s the weather ” it replies with something like ”it’s sunny and 14 degrees”, then when I continue with ”ok, how about tomorrow ” it forgets that we were talking about weather and says ”what question do you have about tomorrow?”. It has become a useless product except for the cameras and the headphones.

When recording a voice note in WhatsApp (via pressing button in whatsapp app) I hear the end-recording sound over and over and voice note is not recorded. I've tried rebooting, unlinking... And this always comes back. Anyone else experiencing this?
