The app itself does the download part but when it come to installing the app it stops and tells me theres a problem, it tells me to restart my pc if that fails then ask for support. i tried restarting it twice, i tried deleting all data and reinstalling it and i get the same outcome.
If you have a second monitor, remove it:

Also, make sure your anti-virus is not interfering with installation:

i dont have a second monitor or a vpn, my antivirus isnt interfering either
