Soon we wont have to log into this forum to make a basic report or suggestion only to be met with the most lack luster, foot dragging, useless meta employees they could find. Good riddance, Meta. You fumbled 3 entire generations of VR, and still are making a worse user experience every day.

I remember this game called "Pet Lab" from the Oculus Go. It was so fun, but then my Go stopped working, and I got a Quest 2. Pet Lab isn't available on the Quest 2, and I miss it. Can you please bring it back?

What I understand is that all games that are redeemed on during Meta Horizon+ membership will be active as long as I renew my membership.I had 4 Games that I have previously redeemed on Horizon+ now not available and asking me to purchase however I already redeemed and downloaded.The games are:Tetris Effect: Connected (Link)Eleven Table Tennis (Link)Lax VR (Link)Battlenauts (Link)Could anyone help me resolve this issue.I have sent a message to Meta Support help 13 days ago and received no response :(

I have a problem I have 2 oculus headsets connected to my meta horizon app but it’s hard telling them apart it would be amazing to be able to rename our headsets in the app so I can tell who is who

Can anyone help a new user on a metaquest 3s with an app called Exit One Immersive Escape room? I have downloaded it and I have purchased the add-ons. However when I open the immersive app, it does nothing but just sit there and play music. No prompts and nothing on the handhelds makes any difference. Place help? TyFawn64

I recently purchased Blade and Sorcery: Nomad for both of my children. The game is rated M 17+ but I have approved the game and everything was working fine. one of my sons added so many mods to the game that it kept freezing so I suggested that he delete the game and reinstall it. However, it was no longer appearing in his library to download again. When he searched the store, nothing would come up. Weeks go by and he’s still trying to find it. He found that it was in his blocked list, he created a passcode and unblocked it. But it still doesn’t show up anywhere. I am unable to gift it to him again, as it shows from my end that he has the game. No settings were changed from me. We are both not sure how to find the game. I’ve looked up tutorials on how to restore games but they don’t work. he has also tried looking for a different game that was rated M17+ that also doesn’t show up in the store. how can we find this game again that was already purchased and downl

Sorry but from everything I’ve read so far this feels like beating a dead horse and apparently has been an issue for at least 2 years, which is long enough for these very smart people to figure out a solution by now. I have had my new meta quest 3 for 8 weeks now and I play supernatural 3-4 a week and I love it. Last week it just started glitching, the targets actually started going backwards and my bats disappeared a couple times now. I wish I would have researched more before spending $500 on this game. Anyone out there know of a solution besides powering it off on, making sure it’s updated, and factory resets (which I did all of them)……..a real solution to the problem. Thank you for any positive feedback. 

We have an issue with Gorilla Tag which doesn't start up, after an update. It says:Can't play this app because it is pegi 3, set up parental guidance.But, since the app is the adult account, which manages the parental control of child accounts, it doesn't have any parental control settings.Any ideas? Thank you.

However, not long ago, those games were placed in a separate section, the “App Lab.”Now all of these games have been added alongside the regular titles, and the store is filled with cheesy AI slop. It’s genuinely off-putting to browse. I appreciate that you’re trying to make the UI look more advanced in the latest firmware, but if you allow the app store to be flooded with low-budget, extremely uninviting games, new users who are unaware that these two stores have been merged won’t think, “Wow, there are so many new games.” They’ll think, “Why are there so many awful games?”My honest reaction was: “Meta has given up. They’re going bankrupt, and this is a last-ditch effort to make the library look actively updated.”Please, for the love of god, do not ever mix these games with regular titles again. There

I’m trying to buy some shiny rocks for my son to use in gorilla tag, but I can’t work out how to buy them from the Oculus app any more. The other day I found an option of how to buy them in the app and saw that 5,000 were £14.99, but now I can’t seem to find where I saw that or buy these things! Any advice?

I would like to suggest a collaboration between Meta and Marvel to develop a full Spider-Man VR game for the Meta Quest platform. Spider-Man is one of Marvel’s most iconic and globally recognized characters, with a massive fan base of all ages. A high-quality VR experience that allows players to swing through the city, engage in combat, and truly feel like Spider-Man would be incredibly exciting and immersive. Such a title could significantly increase interest in the Meta Quest headset, as many fans would be motivated to purchase the device specifically to experience being Spider-Man in virtual reality. I believe this collaboration would be highly successful and beneficial for both companies. 

Is there a viewer that fully supports viewing tiled gigapixel photospheres (output from Pano2VR), with the ability to zoom in and out while displaying the high resolution of the original image?  These photospheres look superb on a computer, and can be zoomed into while retaining detail.Equirectangular images capable of being opened in the goggles must be so small that much of the resolution is lost.So I figured I could view them at full gigapixel resolution using a browser.  I was wrong. The image quality is no better than a much smaller image. Plus, you can't use the controller to zoom in. The Wolvic browser is even less compatible. I'm hoping that better resolution and full control might be available in an app that runs in the goggles but uses the GPU of a tethered Windows PC, like is possible with Google Earth VR and Microsoft Flight Simulator. Does one exist?

I've been trying to get the purchase screen in the shop to pop up but have yet to get it to work. I've been playing the game for about a week and have caught most of the fish at Bobber bay but can't access the store to buy anything. Anyone know of a way to get past this? I see it's been an issue for some time now and I know it works for some people.
