Hello everyone,This morning, I bought a game. I launched it but didn't get past the introduction (only played for 10 minutes max).But when I try to get a refund from the app, it says, “Not possible. You have either played for more than 2 hours or purchased it more than 14 days ago.” (the reason why i want to refund is because I would like to purchase it on my main Meta account and not on this one).At that point, I tried to contact support, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, on my META account, where I can clearly see my game purchases, I can't request to contact support because it says I don't have a device linked to the account. BUT when I access this site with the same META account: https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/  . I can see my device.When I try to click on the button to enter the device's serial number, META ALSO tells me that it doesn't exist.This is driving me crazy. How am I supposed to contact support? Is there no support?I'm completely lost here.

Hi Can anyone help? I am unable to purchase game on Meta Store. Transaction getting declined all the time. Used different credit cards with internation transactions switched on. Please help.

I got myself the Meta Quest 3 last week. I was told that I will have the referral option, which will allow me to earn credits to purchase a game. I have been searching for how to do it, and I've just found out that there should have been an option from the beginning.Is there a way to fix this and make my account referral possible?

Where did the camera go? I can us the player point of view camera features. Where did the options go to umm hold the actual camera?😟

I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3s that was Bundled with 3 months of Meta Horizon+ and Batman Arkham Shadows. This is our 3rd Meta Quest headset already owning a Quest 3, and I mostly ordered the Quest 3s since it was bundled with the game (Batman Arkham Shadows) that me and my son wanted for a while, and that way we could both play without having to share the headset. The 3 months of Horizon+ was redeemed and in my subscription but I still can’t access the game without buying at full price  I reached out several times but have yet to get any help with receiving the game. 

Hi everyone, 👋I've been using my Quest 3 since early 2024 for both gaming 🎮 and work 💼.I got very used to a specific workflow with SteamLink: I could activate Passthrough, walk over to my PC to do something quickly, and the connection would stay active. I could still hear my friends on Discord, and the game would continue running in the background, tracking my position. It was an incredibly useful feature! ✨However, after a recent break from VR, I've noticed a major change. Now, whenever I enable Passthrough, the entire SteamLink session pauses completely. ⏸️ No audio comes through, SteamVR reports that the headset is disconnected (sometimes even going into standby if I take too long), and my in-game avatar freezes in place.My first thought was, "This must be a SteamLink issue!" But after testing several other PC VR and Quest apps (for both work and gaming), I found the exact same pausing behavior happens with all of them. This makes me think it's a change in the Quest's OS itself.I

 i havent use my oculus since 2022 and all of my accounts are gone and i cant play games . I tried to reset it but it wont work i need help

when I want to record a video on meta quest I usually do it on apps that u need to swing your arms to move and that activates my guardian in my recording which  is very annoying

So the wonderful Devs have updated the fishdex/inventory in Bobber bay fishing world but in doing so they've deleted my pass for Gator Grotto. That wouldn't be a problem if I could buy a new one. I have 164852 bobber bucks to spend but unfortunately the display in the shop still doesn't appear when you go up to the counter what do we have to do to get this sorted????Do the Devs actually read these posts or are their heads buried in the bobber bay sands.

Hi everyoneI was just wondering if there's anyway to join a wait list or request access for the new Hyperscape Capture app if you're outside the US?I know it's rolling out but who knows how long that really will be for and even longer for those outside the US?To access the beta version as a developer, is there some sort of waitlist or way to request developer access?Thanks

Okay, for the most part, I like the most recent update, Meta Horizon OS version 79. I have not gotten the 81.0 yet, but not too concerned about that yet. But one app that seems to have been discontinued that I enjoyed is the Meta TV app. I'm really annoyed this one is gone because there were some really cool immersive videos on it that I really enjoyed, and now they appear to be gone as well. Ones that I had saved so that I can go back and enjoy watching them from time to time.Some of the ones I saved areStar Wars: Rogue One ReconHyperspace travel that had narration with Carl Sagan and Neil deGrasse Tyson(I don't recall the exact title) Observing the Earth from the Observation dome on the ISSAnd a couple of creative dance videos, I don't recall the titles or creators at the top of my head, but that is why I had them saved.And if you are familiar with these and did what I did, experience Hyperspace while listening to Blue Öyster Cult. Then I believe you understand my frustration. Y

Then I want to restore the save file from oculus cloud backup but When I click the restore button I get secure.oculus.com saysGraphQL server responded with error 1675030: Error performing query.I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and it won't restore. Just starts game all over again.Did the same thing with dead hook. Got the same error. But when I uninstall and reinstall the game restored the save file by itself.

Hello,I have an issue this morning with the In Death Unchained app. When I start the Game, I have a message with the politics that are not respected anymore. Then I have a black screen. What does it?

Like the title says I can’t even redeem Batman my dad bought me the game and there is NO parental link I tried to find the redeem in Batman and I don’t see it I have no redeem thing in my email cause he bought on Amazon and he don’t see it.

When I go to the support page, it cannot find my device. Tried factory reset and everything else I can think of. Meta Horizon sees my device and I can play so I obviously have a device. Anyone have a way to contact them via email or chat. It’s getting very frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I just bought Beat Saber on Oculus 2, authorized the payment on my phone, then went back to headset. I was prompted to type the pin to authrize the purchase, so I did, money were transfered from my account, but then it showed me an error while verifying the purchase.The Beat Saber is not in my library and in the app store it still looks like ready to buy, so I did it again and the whole process was the same. So now I have no game, yet I paid for two and don't know what to do. There is no purchase under my account that I can try to track with some ID, so what now? Anyone experienced a similar problem?Thanks in advance. 

I gifted an app to a friend, but it seems he haven’t received it. I’m unable to cancel the transaction on my end, which is quite troubling. There appears to have been no notification sent to the recipient, and I’m also unable to initiate a refund. The title of the game is Contractors Showdown.

The meta tv app has changed. If you had used the option to cache a high resolution video to the headset, how do you delete the cache version off the headset since meta has deleted many of the videos. That cache version is now just gigabytes of wasted space on the headset.

Since my last update around 12/10/2024 I've noticed the Meta PC app keeps running when I restart my PC and even it seems random other times where I not doing anything with my Quest 3 or any VR stuff that I'm aware of, and I'd like to turn this off, but it's not an option in the Startup menu and there doesn't appear to be an option to turn this off inside the app itself.   So, does anyone know how to stop the app from running when it shouldn't be, and especially at startup?

Bonjour , j’ai du faire une mauvaise manipulation car maintenant quand j’ai le suivi des mouvements / balles , ça se déplace trop vite j’ai l’impression que je vais me prendre le mur ……aussi , pr exemple la balle vient a ma gauche, le mouvement la suit et dès qu’elle est à ma portée hop elle se retrouve à ma droite brutalement je n’ai pas le temps d’agir Avant tout allait bien et j’ai fait les mises à jour et meme desinstallé le jeu et réinstallé plusieurs fois …dans les réglages tout est en anglais du coup je suis perdue .peut-être que j’ai fait une mauvaise manipulation merci pour votre aide Si possible en français grand merci
