Yes the headset is very old now but it works and none of the newer ones out there interest me right now. What I'm trying to find is a vendor that still offers the replacement foam face part. I could go with silicon if they offer a cloth cover but just silicon irritates my skin. I had the kiwi set but they are 4 years old now and are crumbling apart and its time to find a replacement. Unfortunately it looks like Kiwi no longer carries them. I briefly looked on ebay but buying a 'USED' one is not something I'm interested in doing at least for the foam ones. Cloth i could wash. Anyone have any recommendations? thanks in advance.

Its not allowing me to change my birthday. Everytime I get to the ID page and submit it says to contact meta to change it. I have tried everything please help!!!

Starting with v81 an opalescent "jelly bean" shows up on the shut down screens.What's that all about?

I have been feeling lately like meta quest's universe has so much potential, but something is missing. The worlds feel so hollow and poorly conceived. The houses feel like shells of something that could be more. Don't get me wrong, I think that this Meta Universe is a great start and is going places, but when thinking about my desire for something deeper and purposeful, I had this idea. I am not techy, so please take this all with a grain of salt, but I had to get it out of my system somewhere...The worlds... The worlds need to be fully replaced with official meta quality worlds. Made by them (or approved partners) for the community to enjoy high quality content. By playing and supporting the worlds, you can earn meta coins (or whatever their currency is called) that can be used to make purchases within the meta universe (i.e. decor pieces for your house, or clothing from the existing clothing shopping center). There could be really nice, interactive museums and places to enjoy some so

I had bought a new Quest 3 headset, my 6th headset actually since the old GO.  I had the headset for 2 days.  First run there was a blurry X on the screen and white 'snow'.  I followed warranty process and returned for replacement.  Meta received the headset 9/11 and as of today the status still says awaiting arrival.  I am being told the warehouse is still reviewing my claim???  My question is...what is there to review on a warranty claim for a clearly defective headset?  Also does anyone know what the turnaround time normally is?  

i normally use my quest 3s in a pitch black room to help with light leak, but for whatever reason, for a few days now, i have noticed that it doesn't work at all, due to the IR lights on the front of the headset not lighting up. i dont see the purple glow in the reflection when i hold my phone up to the headset. this happened a few days after i got the new v81 update, and the 'show keyboard' option in the devices tab is off.

There is a problem loading thumbnails on Horizon Worlds I have been waiting over 40 minutes for this thing to load the thumbnails all I could see was blank spacesThis is very frustrating when trying to finish a map In the end I just  had to select something I couldn't see the pictures but one seems to have  been selected.It's difficult not to get angry with this thing  but somehow this  thing always finds a way to enrage me!!!

Horizon Central/Worlds need a feature for adults who either can't stand kids or don't want to hear them constantly screaming, talking, arguing/crying towards their siblings.Suggest an auto mute feature for certain age groups or for accounts made for kidsSuggest an adult only lobby for horizon central/worlds make it so there are 2 setting for users so they can choose whether to join a 10+ or 18+ lobby of course 18+ would be for adults only while the other could still be for everyone and their kids.Any adult would only love this feature; this could not ever be a bad thing unless it just doesn't get made right then it's an issue but otherwise all adults would love this.With how much a quest costs the fact that this is not already a feature is crazy. Because kids are not buying quests adults are, whether for themselves or for their kids, either way adults are the ones buying the product.

Hey everyone, Since updating to v81 in the PTC program, it looks like you can’t install APK files on Quest headsets anymore. Before this update, sideloading third-party flat-to-VR apps worked fine, but now the install process is completely broken. The headset just won’t accept APKs, which blocks community apps, experimental builds, and testing outside the official store. Headset: Quest [ Quest 2/3/3s Xbox edition/Pro]Version: PTC v81Issue: APK sideload/install fails (third-party apps won’t launch)  If this is intentional, it’s a huge step back for developers and power users. If it’s a bug, hopefully Meta can get a fix out soon. Is anyone else running into this issue on v81? Has there been any official update from Meta on whether this is by design or just a bug? Thanks!

I’m trying to delete my meta account but don’t want to delete instagram after 90 days I’m trying to save Instagram I unliked my Instagram from meta account then hit delete meta account but never set up log in with meta and some how my. Meta email showing as a recovery email along with my ig email is their a way I can delete meta with out effecting my ig getting deleted for good after the 90 days 

I'm trying to confirm my identity on my Meta account, but the account is linked to an old phone number I no longer have access to. If I try to change it to my new number, it sends an SMS to that old phone number.

Hi, is there really no way to disable the sound that plays EVERY TIME you scroll using the analog stick?It's actually giving me a headache. I can no longer use the headset to browse the Internet for long periods of time. It legit ruined the product for me.

I've had this Oculus for about I'm pretty sure 2 years I have an Oculus quest 2 in for a while anytime I wanted to get on it I'd have to go to the screen where it says no command I'll either aboot it I'll either reload the graphics or anything like that and they would usually work or I would go to update USB thing something like that well today I tried to do that and it's got stuck on that one I'd reboot it and it would just go back to the same screen I'd turn it off it just go back to the same screen it would just loop and I want to reset it I want to erase everything factory set but I cannot I only have one controller so I use hand tracking and the other controller that I have left has very bad I don't know where a battery can be, can anybody help me? 

What was the point in enforcing them? I get you guys wanna shut down modding, but you already had a warning feature if it detects a modded apk. There are many good games that aren't on applab, so why and get these games unplayable to new users? There was already an "unknown sources" tab in the library FOR apks. Please work on glitches and cool features instead of removing the cool features. Add back app support.

I am looking for some new VR games to play on the quest 3. I usually like FPS, Chill and Unique type of games is there any you guys would recommend me trying

I've recently updated my quest to V81. I've been testing the new enviroments, they're ok, but pretty quickly I noticed that the classic enviroments were simply gone, I couldn't find them anywhere. I got scared, but after some searching, I learned that they were turned off due to being incompatible. Apparently, many of the furniture, walls, and geometry were missing were missing or glitching, etc. I was relieved, thinking that, y'know, it was just a bug and it would be fixed at some point. It is a test channel after all. But now people are saying they'll not be coming back. Is that true? I really realy really REALLY hope not. They've very important to me, they help me relax, and I love changing them from time to time to break the routine, have something fresh and new. While the new backgrounds are cool, they're all the same, with just background changes.

Hi guys, I baught my vr about 2 months ago and ive been trying to find someone to play with. Is there any suggestions where to look? Im 22 if anyone around that age wants to play.
